About the Facilitator:
Self-esteem refers to the views we have
about ourselves, the value we place on
ourselves and our perceptions of how
valuable we are to others. Self-esteem
is important because it affects all areas
of our lives and is an integral part of
personal happiness, fulfilling relationships and achievement of your desires.
People with a healthy self-esteem are
able to define their worth, value and
achievements. This workshop will help
you to learn more about the steps to
building a positive self-esteem so you
can get the most out of life.

Dr Ndukwe is a Clinical Psychologist from the UK. She
holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Master of Science Degree in Forensic & Legal Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She completed her
Clinical training at the University of Teesside in the U.K.
She is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Full Member
of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Clinical
Psychology. Nenna has over ten years clinical experience
working with children, adolescents and their families in
addition to couples and adults. Her experience spans the
area of mental health and physical health in a wide range
of settings including hospitals, private practice, educational and corporate settings. She has also worked as an
academic in Universities teaching psychology and conducting psychological based research at undergraduate
and post graduate level.
Nenna is trained to work across the life span and enjoys
working with children, adolescents, adults and couples.
Her clinical experience includes work with clients who
experience anxiety, depression, stress, self harm, trauma,
eating and feeding difficulties, grief/loss, relationship conflicts and adjustment issues. Nenna also has a special
interest in working with clients who experience somatic
complaints (relating to chronic fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic pain and other medically unexplained
symptoms). Working overseas with various diverse cultures has meant that Nenna is familiar with and able to
offer support to clients experiencing difficulties relating to
expatriation. She is trained in the use of cognitive behavioural therapy, child and family systemic therapy, psychodynamic therapy and psychometric testing.
