AFTERNOON COMMUNION SERVICE
If you are housebound or ill and find the
morning communion service too long,
you are welcome to attend the afternoon
communion service today at 3.00pm.This is
a short service lasting approx 30 minutes,
with the opportunity to enjoy a cup of tea
afterwards. Prayer Ministry is also available.

CONGREGATIONAL MEETING WEDNESDAY, 26 NOVEMBER
There will be a meeting of the congregation
in the Church at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 26
November to consider and approve plans
for the new church halls project. This project
is the fulfilment of a key part of our 2020
Vision strategy, and we are hoping for a well
attended meeting so that we can go forward

A ONE DAY PASTORAL CARE CONFERENCE
EQUIPPING PASTORAL CARERS TO CARE
This conference will be held on Saturday
8 November at Orangefield Presbyterian.
This is for anyone working with or caring for
people - pastoral visitors, church leaders,
Elders, youth leaders etc - whether paid or
voluntary.

POP UP TOY SALE
The Community Core Misssion team will be
holding a Pop up Toy Sale in the Classroom
on Wednesday 5 November from 11.00am
– 1.00pm and Thursday 6 November in the
Minor Hall from 7.00 – 10.30pm.
The toys are new and nearly new and will
be sold at a token price to help alleviate the
cost of Christmas for young families. This is
not a profit making project and any small
amount of money raised will go towards
another community project.
Thank you to those who have already donated toys and there is still an opportunity
to leave toys into the trolley in reception.
SEMINAR - “FORGIVENESS IS HEALING”,
P C I Board of Mission in Ireland are holding
a seminar “Forgiveness is Healing” speaker
Russ Parker (Acorn Christian Healing Trust)
on Wednesday 5 November from 9.45am
– 1pm. It will be held in The Assembly Buildings, Fisherwick Place, Belfast. Admission

M14 MEN’S CONFERENCE
The keynote speaker this year is Karl Martin,
leader of ‘Central’ in Edinburgh and Dave
Dickinson will lead worship.
The theme this year is ‘Sent’ and will
explore what mission and discipleship
requires of us in 2014.
Saturday 8 November, Assembly Buildings,
Spires, Belfast. We have 2 tickets available
for the full day event at £30.50 each. It is
also possible to attend the evening session

is offering 10 young people the
opportunity to complete their Silver Award
with us.
Are you 15 years old? (minimum starting
age). Have you completed Bronze and
are looking for the next challenge, then

served basis.
Expedition training will start in Mid
November in the Church Halls every

BUILDING BLOCKS CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
CONFERENCES will take place on Saturday
15 November in Assembly Buildings. These
conferences are for those working with
children in their local church, community
or school. Lucy Moore will be the keynote
speaker who is the founder of Messy Church.
There will be an opportunity for delegates
to attend two of the wide choice of seminars
on offer. Sunday School Teachers, Children’s
Church Leaders, Kids’ Club Leaders are
sure to benefit from what the conferences

SURVIVING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
Griefshare is offering a 2 hour seminar
to help grieving people Survive the Christmas holidays. It will give you comfort, hope
and encouragement.
This event is not restricted to members of
Carnmoney. If you know of anyone who
would benefit from it please encourage
them to get in touch.

LOST MEMORY KEY
Following a recent BB event held in our
church, a memory key was misplaced. It
was silver/blue in colour with a BB crest. If
anyone knows of its whereabouts, please

The Job Club continues on Monday
3 November. Our aim is to help get people
back into the work place by dealing
with issues such as interviews, what
employers look for, CVs etc. CAP Job Club
is for unemployed people of all ages. For
