Please join them in honouring and remembering Canada’s war veterans, peacekeepers and those who have lost their lives serving alongside them. There will be a moment of silence at 11 a.m. in respect for those who lost their lives serving our country. Ice Palace (Level One, Phase II), 10 a.m. to noon November 15 SANTA ARRIVES AT WEM Join us as we welcome Santa Claus to West Edmonton Mall’s North Pole Place, his home away from home during the holiday season. Enjoy a variety of entertainment, including a special improv performance of Disney’s Frozen, by Rapid Fire Theatre, while awaiting the jolly man in red’s arrival. The first 100 families to have their photo taken with Santa will receive a free holiday gift. This event aims to educate families about and raise awareness of various services in Edmonton and engage the general public in conversations about community safety and crime prevention. The day will include children’s activities, resource sharing and live entertainment.
