Who Needs A Christmas Gift? – 4th Grade is selling cookbooks to support our troops. There are 60 delicious
recipes in the cookbook – 30 main meals, 15 snack, and 15 desserts. Each cookbook is $5.00. They will be on safe
from November 17-21 in the Trinity Café from 3:00 – 3:15 pm.
Cheer – Anyone in 4th grade and up interested in participating in Cheerleading, we meet Mondays and Wednesdays
after school in the Centennial Gym. Anyone wishing to sell their old cheer shoes, bodysuits or briefs may bring them
to practice Wednesday to sell. Contact Debi Foley (414-422-0422 or debifoley@wi.rr.com) with questions.
Advent Soup Suppers - We’d really like to bring back Advent Soup Suppers! This is a great opportunity for groups
to get involved; volunteers, school and/or church groups, Bible study groups, organizations, or just a group of friends
to host a soup supper for the midweek Advent services. Soup suppers will be served Wednesdays 4:45 –6:15 pm on
the following dates: December 3, 10, and 17. Although we love soup suppers, if any groups wish to be creative,
please feel free to try something new. How about Sub Suppers? Or perhaps Spaghetti Suppers? Use your imagination
and have some fun. To schedule your date or for more information, please contact Tammy Miller at 262-662-4167 or
TammyMiller94@yahoo.com.
Living Nativity -We are expecting this event to be better than ever! Flyers and invite cards are available for anyone
to take and hand out. Please help us get the word out. ALSO -This weekend is your last chance to sign up for an
acting part before rehearsals on November 23 and 24. For those of you who are waiting to be plugged in where we
need you, this is your call to action.
School Musical -We would love to do a school musical once again next spring, but we need parental assistance to
make this happen. There are lots of opportunities for different interests and gifts: costumes, choreography, set design,
construction, program layout, and more! If you are interested in learning how you can contribute your talents to
make this school year’s musical a success, please contact Pastor Bonack (jbonack@stpaulmuskego.org).
Emergency Snow Helper Wanted– We are looking for interested people that could step in to clear the school
entrances in the event that our regular person cannot. This person will be responsible for snow blowing, shoveling
and salting of designated building entrances in the event of snow fall and will be vital to the safety of all our guests.
Early morning availability is a must. If interested, please contact Sally Wallner (swallner@stpaulmuskego.org or 414218-5197).
Spirit Wear – Our Christmas Spirit Wear order form is here! Orders are due by November 22. Please place your
order through the school office today! Any questions, contact Debi Foley (debifoley@wi.rr.com or 414-422-0422).
Illness – If your child has a fever or has vomited, do not bring them to school until 24 hours after symptoms are gone.
Also, if you child will be absent from school due to illness or other reasons, please notify your child’s teacher or the
office by the start of the school day.
Friends of Jesus Toy Drive – This year St. Paul’s School is participating in a toy drive for needy children. Each
student can bring a new ($8 value or more) toy or game to school by Friday, December 12. A flyer including the
labels and instructions is attached and may be found in the office. Please wrap these gifts and put the label on
indicating the appropriate age/sex of the recipient as well as a brief description of the toy. These presents will be
given to families in our area who are suffering through hardships, as well as needy families in the inner city of
Milwaukee.
Campbell Soup Labels for Education – Please remember that we are still collecting Campbell Soup labels. There
are collection boxes located outside of the school office.
Men’s Basketball Open Gym – Starts Sunday, November 16 and goes nearly every Sunday evening until April
2015. The time is 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Pick up a flyer or see the website (www.stpaulmuskego.org) for details.
SCRIP Program – There are new smaller denominations available for the holiday season - $5 Starbucks, $5 Panera,
$5 Barnes and Noble, $10 Walmart, and many more! Smaller denominations are available while supplies last.
Purchase your gift cards for the coming season now and imagine all the rebates you will have earned by the New
Year! SCRIP orders are placed every Tuesday. Please have your orders in by 9:00 am to the office. Placed orders
should be ready for pick up on the Friday following an order unless we are off of school. Any questions, contact
Cindy Petraske (414-422-0320 or cpetraske@stpaulmuskego.org).
Box Tops for Education and the Wave –Thank you for your participation in the Box Tops for Education
Program at St. Paul’s. As a reward and incentive to keep clipping, the MKE Wave would like to offer you an
exclusive free ticket offer. Just bring in a box top to the school office and pick up an order form to receive a
free ticket to either the December 20 or December 27 Wave game. Random selections will be made to participate in
bench warmers! So far we have collected 7,883 box tops as of October. We are behind where we were last year at
this time. We have a goal of collecting 22,500 box tops this year. Keep clipping, St. Paul’s!
Target Red Card – Help us help our school! Did you know there’s an easy way to help us raise money for our
school? The Target REDcard/Take Charge of Education program has created a terrific way
to raise funds. All you have to do is use your Target REDCard for your regular shopping
and 1% of your purchase will come back to St. Paul’s School and you will receive an extra
5% off of your purchase as well! Visit Target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate
St. Paul’s on your account, then use your REDcard whenever you shop. Grandparents, alumni, friends, and neighbors
are also welcome to participate in the program.
