Fun and challenging workout, combines the movements of Pilates, Yoga, cardio and resistance training with low impact on bones and joints. Classes are designed to sculpt, tone and create lean muscles–without the impact and injuries. MCAS Semper Fit Physical Fitness welcomes your Unit PT requests. Submit requests to harriet.fisher@usmc-mccs.org and bergenlr@usmc-mccs.org. For optimum service, requests must be receive via email 2 weeks in advance. Please include Unit, POC’s, Ph#, date, time, preferred session format, and number of participants (12 participant minimum). Please allow a 2 to 3 day minimum to receive email confirmations.
