FOR Private Group Session AND Unit PT Requests
Barre: New upcoming class. Fun and challenging workout, combines the movements
of Pilates, Yoga, cardio and resistance training with low impact on bones and joints.
Classes are designed to sculpt, tone and create lean muscles–without the impact
and injuries.
MCAS Semper Fit Physical Fitness welcomes your Unit PT requests. Submit requests to harriet.fisher@usmc-mccs.org and bergenlr@usmc-mccs.org. For optimum service, requests must be receive via email 2 weeks in advance. Please include Unit, POC’s, Ph#, date, time, preferred session format, and number of participants (12 participant minimum).
Please allow a 2 to 3 day minimum to receive email confirmations. Reschedules or Cancellations require notice via email no later than noon of the prior business day. See our

ZUMBA®: A dance fusion class of Latin and International style music that creates
an exciting and dynamic workout. This may include Hip Hop/Funk and Belly Dance
styles to add to the fun. Feel the music!
ZUMBA® Holiday: Don`t stay home and chill. Heat up with ZUMBA®. No registration
required . MCAS GYM - 5, 12 & 19 December at 1130-1230.
