PLEASE NOTE: VEHICLES ABOVE 6’1” (1.85M) HEIGHT ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CAR PARK.
Parking costs £12 per day Monday – Friday, and £7.50 per day Saturday – Sunday.
If your car is going to remain overnight from Friday to Saturday or from Sunday overnight to Monday,
weekend parking charge must be paid in advance.
If you are arriving and leaving at the weekend you should pay on the day and do not need to complete
this form
Payment is to be made in advance: ORDERS CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS
RECEIVED.
A receipt will be enclosed with your parking voucher(s) or will be sent separately within 1 week of
payment.
No refunds are given for non-use of a ticket.
Tickets are NOT transferable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 All prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the rate ruling on the day (currently 20%)
2 All Stand catering must be purchased direct from Searcy's as the Barbican Exhibition Halls
sole and official Catering Contractor
3 Payment terms: All accounts must be settled on the last day of the show. After the final day of
the show any unpaid accounts will be subject to a 15% administration charge. Cheques to be
made payable to 'Searcy's at the Barbican'
4 Hired Equipment: The hirer is responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment including boxes
and racks from time of delivery until it is collected or returned. A charge may be incurred if any
equipment is damaged or lost. The hire of glassware and china includes a fresh supply daily.
If the glassware and crockery needs to be serviced more frequently, a cost will be incurred.
When hiring a coffee machine or kettle please ensure you have ordered a 3kw power supply for
each appliance with the electrical contractor. All hire equipment is subject to avliability.
5 This completed order form should be returned no later than 7 days prior to commencement
of the tenancy. Additional top up orders can be made on site by contacting the catering office.
Additional orders for food items must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
6 Delivery Times: Wherever possible and appropriate we endeavour to deliver equipment and
non perishable goods to your stand the evening prior to opening of the show. Whenever goods
are delivered we require that an authorised signature be obtained. In any event pre-orders
will take priority over late requests.

The Garden Press Event
10th Anniversary Dinner
Wednesday 11th February 2015
The Garden Press Event in 2015 will be our 10th Event.
We would like to mark the anniversary and invite you to join in the celebration with past
and present Exhibitors and Media guests.
We have decided upon a dinner the night before the 10th Event itself.
I am delighted to inform you that we have secured one of the Great Livery Halls in the
City of London The Plaisterers Hall - A Magnificent Venue close to the Barbican
There will be wonderful food, members of the media on each table and we will have two
guest speakers.
Greenfingers Charity will receive 10% of all bookings and will benefit from other
fundraising on the night.
