I hereby give you notice that a meeting of the Parish Council Meeting will be held in the Committee Room in the Village
Hall on Tuesday 20th January 2015. All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of
considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.

a) Proposed Oil & Gas Exploration Site – update (AJ)
b) Neighbourhood Plan – progress update (MK)
c) Highways Issues – update on contact with WSCC regarding school parking and to agree if this option should
be pursued (Clerk)
d) Gatwick Airport – update and to confirm response to Airports Commission (required by 3rd Feb) (PD)
e) Boxal Bridge – to report back on the meeting with WSCC and agree response (MK/SO)
f) Biogas Plant at Crouchlands Farm, Rickmans Lane, Plaistow – update (Clerk)
g) Broadband Installation at Village Hall – update and to formally agree direct debit arrangements (Clerk)

- Spring litter picking session – to agree date in early April

a) Litter Warden’s Contract – to review past year and agree arrangements for 2015/16 (Clerk)
b) Annual Risk Assessments – to agree responsibility for completion (Clerk)
c) Charity Balloon and Classic Car Event – to consider request to use the Green for an event on Sunday 6th September

d) War Memorial – to consider school’s request to erect weather proof poppies around the war memorial (Clerk)
e) Playground Repairs – to agree expenditure to undertake some repair in the playground – new cradle swings and
removal of impacted soil around see-saw (Clerk)
