by the Tournament, CS USBC WBA, and USBC rules and regulations. It is also agreed that any falsification of average, errors in the
other information specified, or any violation of the rules governing this Tournament, will subject the team members to full forfeiture of
all fees paid and disqualify them from participation in any prizes to which they may otherwise have been entitled.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
All entrants in the tournament must be certified Camden Suburban USBC WBA members in good standing in their WBA and USBC. All others are ineligible.
1. All bowlers must report on lanes, prepared to bowl, at least thirty (30) minutes before scheduled time.
Manager must be notified one hour before scheduled time to bowl in case of substitution.
2. POSITIVELY NO SHORT SGORTS, MINI SKIRTS, HALTER, TANK, OR TUBE TOPS TO BE
WORN WHEN BOWLING. PROPER ATTIRE PLEASE.
3. Any entrant may bowl in as many events as schedule permits (Team, Singles & Doubles) and your
first event will count for all events. You don not have to bowl doubles in order to bowl singles.
4. RE-ENTRY

5. Entries must be made on official entry blanks. POSITIVELY NO DELAYS OR POSTPONEMENTS
ALLOWED. This rule will be strictly enforced. If an illegal entry should be accepted through error, all
fees paid on such entry shall be declared forfeited and any and all scores bowled will be declared null
and void.
6. All Events entry fee is not transferable. All events must be paid before entries close. No money will be
refunded after entries close.
7. AVERAGES—Camden Suburban Average Book
A. Entrants shall use their highest 2013-14 minimum of 21 games
B. If “A’ does not apply will use 2014 summer average minimum of 21 games
C. If ‘A’ and “B” does not apply will use highest average as of December 31, 2014 minimum of
21 games.
D. If “a, B or C” do not apply entrant will bowl scratch using 220 average

8. Camden Suburban USBC WBA not responsible for errors in averages sent in by league secretary
9. Line –up must remain in the same order as listed on entry application
10.All entries are numbered as they are received and preferred dates to bowl are given on this basis
11. Substitutes nor required to reimburse the original entrant with entry fee paid, nor shall be expected to
give the original entrant any prize money or award they (substitute) may win.
12. Management and/ or employees of host lanes are eligible to participate and win prize money
13. TIES: In case of a tie for fir st place in any event, the teams or individuals shall be declared
“Co– Champions”. First and second place money shall be equally divided and all other ties shall be
equally divided
14. A City Champion will be declared for Division I and Division II based on all events total pin fall
15. SCRATCH SCORES shall count for trophies only in each event.
16. Monetary prize for handicap only, except all events will be net
17. Captains only will be responsible for substitutions. If a substitution is necessary during the bowling
of a three game series during tournament play, which would change the division, they will remain in the
division in which the majority of games were bowled.
18. Report all errors in scores 48 hours from time bowled.
19. If average is reported higher, it will remain. If reported under, it will be adjusted.
20. All other rules covered under USBC rules
