Dear Community Artists and Supporters,
Thank you for your time and consideration of my request. I’m asking for your support of the 2015
William Fox Elementary PTA Art Auction- Friday, March 7, 2015 at the VA Historical Society. I am
requesting a donation from you or business for a silent/live auction item.
The Art Auction is a wonderful night of hors d'oeuvre, wine, music, live and silent art auction- in
support of the William Fox PTA. This annual auction is one of our most significant PTA fundraisers
attracting over 300 community members to celebrate the many ways in which our community makes
William Fox Elementary School the truly special place that it is.
Last year the art auction raised over $50,000 for programs and classroom resources that help to make
our neighborhood school one of Richmond’s best. Your support in this year’s event is important for us
in reaching our financial goal of $60,000 for 2015!
We never lose sight of our goal; to help William Fox Elementary provide the richest education to
enable and empower young people to develop creative, inquisitive minds; strong healthy bodies; and
caring, compassionate hearts. Along this path, we are inspired by our young people whose lives are
touched and changed by the extraordinary programs supported through this event -programs that
simply would not exist without your support.
