Dear Lord, thank you for jobs and for the ability to work.
Help us always respect workers.
Through our work, we share in your plan
for a world that lives in harmony.
Work changes our world and us.
When we work hard, we feel good.
Help us respect the workers in our schools
and to always be cheerful and appreciate what they do.
Help us do the best we can
at any job we undertake.
We ask this through Jesus,
who worked miracles for those he loved. Amen.
