Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partners with plant leadership to maintain a great place to work by overseeing the employee communications, such as responding to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures, identifying potential issues and grievances, educating employees on the open door, etc. Consistently maintaining favorable and effective relations among employees and is accountable for motivating and stimulating supervisors and managers to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of their employees.
