Discuss the benefits of the Florida International University EMBRACE program model of comprehensive, integrated care for the adult with autism spectrum disorder. Summarize changes in access to services for patients moving from youth to adulthood. Discuss the range of post-secondary community settings. Identify resources that can support patients and their families in adulthood.
