1. How long have you been a tenant?
I was a tenant here from 1989 to 1992, and then returned in 1993. We have been here ever since.
2. How many employees do you have?
We have 15 employees.
3. What does your company do?
Bridges & Dunn-Rankin is a full-service accounting firm. We serve clients in the technology, real
estate, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing and construction sectors, among others.
We also serve high net worth families.
4. Why is the Cumberland area and Atlanta Galleria a good place for you to do business?
We love the location. It’s well known, so when we tell people around Atlanta that our offices are at
Atlanta Galleria, they know immediately where we are. It also provides great access to the Metro
Atlanta area thanks to its proximity to 41, I-75 and I-285. It’s a great location for our workforce;
many of our employees live close by.
5. What Atlanta Galleria amenity do you use the most?
I like the overall package of amenities here, from restaurants to the barber shop. I’ve gotten my hair cut here for over 20 years. We use the Georgian Club regularly, too, but you’ll also find me in the deli located in our building.
6. What are your thoughts on economic development in the Cumberland area and future growth?
Overall I think it’s exciting what’s happening in the area with the Braves moving into the
neighborhood. I do have some concerns about traffic issues, so we’ll see what Cobb County and the
Braves do to ensure people can get in and out of the area easily on game nights.
7. What business successes or milestones have you achieved lately?
Last year, we celebrated Bridges & Dunn-Rankin’s 20th anniversary!
8. What does your office do to have fun together and build comradery?
Group luncheons are the most common way that we keep connected with others in the office –
outside of a work setting. We also do an annual holiday party.
9. What is your favorite local lunch spot?
The Georgian Club.
