At over 30 extraordinary events, chefs, producers and winemakers encounter communities to share the knowledge and pleasure of food.
A trip dedicated to food education, knowledge of biodiversity, sustainable quality production and innovation in the kitchen.

At each stage a “Stellar Dinner” prepared on the boat and featuring fine
regional wines and products cooked by the skilled chefs of CheftoChef and AIS
sommeliers.
Via Emilia
The food truck is a travelling kitchen in which the CheftoChef chefs interpret the
pasta dishes typical of the Emilia-Romagna region, accompanied by regional
wines served by AIS sommeliers. The “FoodValleyBike” bicycle-tricycles ridden
by the producers become a unique showcase for regional food and wine.
Alta Via dei Parchi
The relay of CAI hikers traces a unique route, for people of all ages and
expertise, to discover the biodiversity of the Apennines. The protagonist
is the typical food and wine of the regional parks, promoted to mark the
occasion by the chefs of Cheftochef and AIS sommeliers.
