 Sales & Fulfillment Operations Intern Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 10 weeks, flexible start date Application deadline: March 30th, 2015 About D-­‐Rev D-­‐Rev develops and scales products to improve the health and increase the incomes of people living on less than $4 per day. We utilize cutting-­‐edge research and technology development to develop user-­‐centric products and strategies that are scalable and allow people to lift themselves out of poverty. D-­‐Rev has been recognized as one of the “50 Most Innovative Companies” in 2013 by Fast Company magazine and is a 2014 World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer. About the Position We are looking for an experienced professional to help D-­‐Rev’s accept orders and payments from international customers, laying the foundation for D-­‐Rev to sell directly to customers. D-­‐Rev is in the final stages of our preparation for market launch of the ReMotion prosthesis: an affordable high-­‐performance knee for amputees in the developing world, and will commence sales in Summer 2015. Our goal is to ensure that any prosthetic clinic around the world can order and source a knee that provides their patients with mobility and confidence. This role will involve interacting with current and potential customers to process their orders, payment, prepare international shipments, manage our warehouse inventory, and ensure that the ReMotion knee joint reaches clinics in a timely fashion to help amputees regain and improve their mobility. This position will operate out of D-­‐
Rev’s studio, located in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood. Primary responsibilities may include: •

Managing customer and order information within D-­‐Rev’s CRM database. Speaking with customers and distributors, and tracking the details of their order Synchronizing multiple data platforms, including CRM, payment processing, and warehouse management to ensure that both product and payments are flowing smoothly. Improving the way D-­‐Rev takes and fulfills orders by proposing, designing, and implementing modifications to bolster the user experience for both customers and D-­‐Rev staff. Overseeing inventory levels and proposing enhanced methods for management of a global supply chain. Ensuring that order documentation complies with foreign sales and importation requirements.
