The Pasifika Learning Centre is open from this Wednesday Come along after school and join a group
of enthusiastic and motivated students who are aiming to do well this year. You can access peer
tutoring, one on one help from subject teachers and also get Tongan language and Samoan
language tutoring. The centre operates every Wednesday from 3.30pm to 5pm. See you there.

GERMAN HOMESTAYS IN AUGUST

We have just established a sister school partnership with St. Marien in Regensburg, Germany. As
part of this 5 students from Germany will come this year in August to stay with host families and
attend school and 5 of our students will get to go to Germany next year. I am looking for people who
will be interested in hosting a German student this August. Those who host students now will have
priority to go to Germany next year, but you can still host a student even if you are not planning to go
to Germany. Anyone interested, please email mblanco@apps.eggs.school.nz as soon as possible.
