April 2 – Nutrition 101 April 16 – Detoxify Your Body April 30 – The Power of Protein Join Our Team! April 4, 7–10am, BELL TOWER Help raise money for student scholarships - join the Well’s fun, friendly GO! Pedometer team. Spring Hike to the C April 24, 4–7pm May 28 – Energy Drinks MEET AT THE WELL (HUB 248) Put some spring in your step and squash your stress with a hike to the “C.” Clear your head, take in the view, and have fun. Light refreshments will be provided to all participants. WEEKLY SERIES UC Walks May 14 – Probiotic Preparation May 20, 11:30am–1:30pm FIT Squad Once a Week (Random!) March 30–June 5 LOOK FOR THE ORANGE SHIRTS! Participate in “Random Acts of Fitness” when you see the Fit Squad’s orange shirts! Just drop what you’re doing and join in to enter raffles and earn cool prizes. 10-Minute Chair Massage FREE! Every Tuesday & Friday March 30–June 5, 4-7pm OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD Join Scotty and your UCR community for this 6th annual UC-wide walk! Earn raffle tickets for each lap walked, plus get a t-shirt, sunscreen, lip balm, and healthy refreshments. Final Hike to the C June 5, 4–7pm MEET AT THE WELL (HUB 248) Join us for the final hike of the year to the “C” to take a break from finals, get fit, and relieve stress. Light refreshments will be provided. STUDENT RECREATION CENTER, 2ND FLOOR Take relaxation to another level with a FREE chair massage – first come, first served! Just sign up on the spot and wait to be called! Limit one session per day per person. Peanut Butter and Jogging Every Friday, April 3–Jun 5, 9am MEET AT THE WELL (HUB 248) Start your morning right – come and walk/run with people of all fitness levels, and then enjoy light refreshments together after the morning workout.
