Volunteers: Thank you to all those who have returned the volunteer form. We still require more
volunteers to assist on stalls during the fete, especially
the BBQ, hot chip cooking,
coffee making, fairy floss, popcorn and jumping castle supervision. If you are able to
assist, even if only for 1 hour please let us know. The more volunteers we have, the more fun activities
we can provide for your children. Forms are available from the office.

Donations of plastic bottles that can be used for our hoop a bottle game (take home the
bottle you hoop)e.g. Drinks, Bubble bath, Shampoo & Conditioner, Car wash, Bubble
blowing mix etc.
Thanks for all the empty pringle containers- we now have enough. Items to fill them with
are still needed e.g. Pens & Pencils, small stationary, toys and novelty items etc. The $2
shops are great for these.

During the week leading up to the fete we will be asking any keen walkers to assist, by delivering
some pamphlets to their surrounding neighbourhood. If you are able to assist, please come to the
info desk in the office foyer on Friday 13th March and collect some fliers.
Raffle Tickets: Return sold or unsold tickets, including correct money and child’s
name and grade by 18th March 2015.
Dress Up Day – Casual Clothes
Students will be encouraged to
come dressed in Cartoon Theme
related clothing on fete day. Let’s
get back to basics and create
some outfits that are cheap and
imaginative. Please don’t spend
lots of money, new/hired
costumes are not essential, use
what you already have at home.
Gardeners: We have pots available for
plants, if you have more plants that need
potting for the stall. See the office.
