The story below ran today in the Houston Chronicle. I also blogged about it yesterday (http://lawflog.com/?
p=723). I'm told that the chief of the DA's appellate section, John Rolater, has been tasked with finding a way to
shut me up. I'm not worried about that, but then I wouldn't mind if a couple of FBI agents paid a visit to Mr.
Rolater and put the fear of God in him. Gayle Leyko is the ADA in charge of intake / grand jury, and I suspect
she would be the first to crack. The first assistant, Bill Dobiyanski, is a 24year veteran of the office. He is loyal
to the DA, but I doubt that he would risk his career to save the boss.

Mr. Clevenger.
I saw you called and want to update you. The FBI agent I sent your info to has forwarded it to a supervisor
for assignment. I don’t know who is assigned yet. I also sent the info to the IRS‐Criminal Investigations. You may get a call from either the FBI or IRS regarding this.
Thanks, Kevin

Attached is FYI. I figured FBI might be interested in the real estate part.
