Compass Innovative Behavior Strategies is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) support therapy to children and adults on the autism spectrum and other related disorders. We are hiring for parttime and fulltime positions for weekdays, weeknights and weekends. These positions requires the candidate to work independently in a 1:1 teaching setting to implement studentspecific lessons and behavior plans either in the student's home or community setting, utilizing ABA principles. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is assigned to each case to provide supervision and ongoing training. Positions are available across NH and MA.
