Dear Sir and Brother,
The attendance is requested of Present and Past Provincial Grand Officers and the
Worthy Supreme Rulers, Past Supreme Rulers, Counsellors, and Guides in the
Province of Devonshire at a meeting of Provincial Grand Conclave to be held at the
Mount Edgcumbe Masonic Hall, 237, Citadel Road, Plymouth, PL1 2NG at 10.45 for
11am on Saturday, 4th July, 2015 under the banner of the Devon Conclave, No. 165.
All Secret Monitors who are subscribing Members of the Conclaves within the
Province and duly accredited visitors are invited to be present.

Brethren must reply by Friday 26th June 2015, with remittance if they intend to
attend the Luncheon, to the Provincial Grand Recorder. Cheques made payable
Provincial Grand Lodge of Devonshire OSM.
Luncheon will be at 1.00pm at the Masonic Hall.
The cost will be £18.00 per head, excluding wine. The only alternative to the set
Meal is vegetarian, which must be applied for prior to the meeting.

Members of the Provincial Arch of Steel are required to bring Swords with them.

To confirm the Minutes of the last Provincial Grand Conclave held at the
Mount Edgcumbe Masonic Hall on Saturday 5th July 2014.
To receive the Treasurer's Accounts for the year ending 30th June
2015 and, if approved, to adopt the same.
To elect a Provincial Grand Treasurer for the ensuing year. Wy Bro
T G Wyatt, PAGDC has been nominated.
To elect two Auditors.
To receive the Report from the Provincial Grand Guide.
To receive the Report of the Provincial Registrar.
To re - appoint Wy Bro. John Whitfield, P.A.G.D.C; as the Deputy
Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler.
The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler will appoint and invest the rest of the
Provincial Officers and inspect his Arch of Steel.
The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler will address the Provincial Grand
Conclave.
To transact any other business for the good of the Order and benefit
of this Province.
To close the Provincial Grand Conclave.
To collect Alms during the singing of the Closing Ode.
