SUNDAY ENVELOPES All parishioners are expected to identify themselves with the parish by using the envelopes and thus deserve the privileges of the parish. OUR LADY OF HOPE YÜÉÅ à{x ctáàÉÜË á Wxá~ Dear Friends: T his weekend, at all the Masses, a member of the Pastoral Council will speak briefly. The message is an important message because it will outline the duties and responsibilities of those who sit on the Council. Next weekend the Nomination Form will be in the bulletin. First, I wish to thank all those who are members of the Council. Their role is truly very important for me, as pastor, and for you, as their representatives. As I have often said, many of the decisions you read about in the bulletin or hear announced are because of their initiative and strong consultation with me. The Pastoral Council is not a rubber stamp group that just says “yes” to ideas. They are the ones who often initiate ideas, discuss them and come to a decision about these ideas. I then simply approve. So please consider nominating someone to sit on the Council. Thank You! Yours in Christ, Very Rev. Michael A. Carrano PRIESTS’ MASS SCHEDULE SATURDAY, MAY 2 5:00 P.M. Msgr.
