CoffeeFest™
The second CoffeeFest at Ušće - The beginning of the fall in Belgrade smells like coffee.
After last year Belgrade has got its first, big coffee festival, this year CoffeeFest
returned again at the beginning of the fall. On the 25th and 26th of September in front
of Ušće Shopping center CoffeeFest was the central event for all coffee lovers who
wanted to found out something new about their favorite beverage. Professionals from
the HoReCa industry were invited to attend the VIP CoffeeFest Summit and Seminar.
CoffeeFest 2015 attracted more than 10.000 coffee lovers and professionals.
Exhibitors presented to the visitors their new products and alternative ways of coffee
preparation like chemex, air press... Visitors also had the opportunity to try out new
coffee with flavors of almond, chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut. Indonesian Embassy
and Indian Embassy had presented the products of their countries, one of the leading
ones in production of coffee and tea. The Chill Out Zone was the center of fun for the
visitors, and instead of the stage this year the program took place at the Festival
Counter.

• In cooperation with Cafe&Bar magazine we have invited 10.000 managers
and owners from the HoReCa business in Serbia
Serbia Open Coffee Championship
• The first Serbia Open Coffee Championship took place on September 25th
2015. at the CoffeeFest.
• Brita Professional was the sponsor of the championship. Five baristas took
part in the competition - Milan Krstić, Stefan Jančić, Vojko Pešović, Boris
Belić i Nikola Stanojčić. Each of them had 45 minutes to prepare two
espressos and two cappuccinos (latte art). Our judges, Ivan Abramo i
Biljana Kalajdžić, evaluated the flavor, expertise and performance of the
contestants. The best barista according to our judges was Nikola Stanojčić.
Price for the winner includes a trip to Trieste to a professional training at
company Bazzara. He will take two courses - Introduction to coffee and
Barista foundation, and after completed training he will receive a SCAE
certificate. The value of the price is 2.070 eur.
• The winner have received congratulations from the organizer Mr. Danilo
Golijanin and a representative of the company Brita Professional, Mr.
Zdravko Vuković.
• We are very thankful for the support to Fista and Fista Serbia, as well as
Cremoso Latte for the professional milk for the baristas.

At the CoffeeFest almost 100 baristas had free training, and 47 of them took
advanced level training
Ivan Abramo, Cremoso i Corp. JVJV had trainings at the conference room Arabica,
specially equipped for the Barista training.
