MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR
This Year’s AGM has been set for
8.00pm, Wednesday 30th November at Longford Park.
After two (mainly) enjoyable years in the Chair, I
have decided to step down from the role at the
AGM. So, if you are interested in becoming more
involved in the running of the club and think you
have the time to do so, now is the time to put your
name forward. Either speak to me if you want to
discuss what’s involved, or speak to Freesia so that
your name can be put forward at the AGM.
Our Membership Secretary, Dave Deaville, will also
be stepping down so again, please speak to Dave
or Freesia if you are interested in taking on the
role. On behalf of MTC I’d like to thank Dave for
carrying out a sometimes thankless task over the
last few years.
This year has been a challenging one for the club,
the void that Carine left has obviously taken some
filling, but it has been filled thanks to the committee
and our coaches and it is down to their efforts that
you are part of a club that is one of the strongest
around. If you haven’t been involved in the running
of the club, I can assure you that it does take time
and commitment, so when you see these people at
the Christmas Do you just might want to buy them
a drink!
From me, it’s been great putting something back
into the club, and I’d especially like to thank Carine,
the committee and the coaches for their support
over the last two years, you’ve been a pleasure to
work with.
See you soon.

Once again it’s great to report on so many of our MTC members competing at all distances not just in the North West
and UK , but all around the World. I hope I’ve not missed anybody out, although I’m sure I have. It’s hard to keep track
with you all taking part in so many events,. So remember, I’m not psychic, please drop me an email and let now or better still send me a race report and photo (which are a bit sparse this issue).

Not many people have a triathlon named after them. Andy tells me...29 degrees 2 big hills and a head on clash in the
pool, not of my making, made for a disappointing time...but I’m sure it was worth it.
National Triathlon Championships Ashford 17/07/2005
This was also a BTA Grand Prix event and the last World Championship qualifier, So it attracted a big field. Running on
the same day as Boundary Breeze, it was a gorgeous sunny weekend and the Julie Rose Stadium an impressive
venue. On the morning of the event a mist had gathered over the swim course, making it a safety hazard with no visibility. After getting there at some horrendously early hour of the morning we were all made to hang around for over 2
hours or more, hoping that the mist would lift. At one point after consulting the BTA, the organizers were even considering abandoning the swim altogether and running a Duathlon. But eventually there was enough visibility for a short swim
course of 300-400 metres. The delayed swim start ensured that we all had to endure a quite challenging hilly run in
sweltering heat. They use the same course for the Escape from Alcatraz qualifiers, for anyone thinking of venturing
down this way next year . It’s quite a journey, only 30 miles north of Maidstone, so it takes up all your weekend. The lake
swim was really green and smelly so I wouldn’t fancy it again.

Steve Birkett reports on Milton Keynes Triathlon 24/07/2005
The Milton Keynes Triathlon takes place in the Emberton Country Park, which is situated in the picturesque Buckinghamshire countryside. The race is organised by Big Cow Events in conjunction with MK Tri Club. It is a Grand Prix ranking event, which is extremely well run and organised with the added bonus of a fast course! Several former MTC members were spotted at the event including Richard Munn and Jean Paul van Weert who both did rather well.
Damo, Amy and Myself were the only MTC members there racing which was a shame as it’s a great race. If you haven’t
done this race before make sure it’s on your 2006 race calendar and lets put MTC back on the map!
Check out www.big-cow.com for further results.
The race winner was elite athlete Richard Allen and also offering his support and starting each wave was Tim Don.

Mark Abbott reports on Hathersage Hilly Sprint Triathlon 24/07/2005
This was the inaugural triathlon at Hathersage in the Peak District organized by High Peak Tri Club. For a first event it
was well organized and very cheap to enter – just a bit slow on registration and light on marshals on the run which
meant there were a few ‘which way now?’ moments on the top of the moors- apparently a load of cadets didn’t turn up
as promised. It was sold as ‘the most scenic triathlon you’ll do this year’ which was probably true even though the
weather wasn’t fantastic. This is definitely not an event to do PB’s as even though the swim and bike are a little short
there are some challenging gradients. There is barely more than half a mile of flat terrain on the bike which includes a
3.5mile 250m climb up Froggatt Edge and the run (6km) is basically a fell race with 220m of climbing. Perhaps I’m odd
but I quite like hills. The swim was 14 lengths of a 99 foot heated outdoor pool which was very pleasant and worth a visit
in it’s own right. There were 225 finished the event. It did seem a bit of a middle aged event with apart from 2 juniors no
under 30’s in the top 20. I was 8th vet. I didn’t see any other MTC members there – apologies if I have excluded someone.

European Age Group Championships Lausanne 21st August
First time at the Europeans. A very wet weekend in Lausanne. Great to
see the elite race on the Saturday. Tim Don seemed to be coasting
around and in contention on the bike leg and was catching the leaders all
the time on the run section but couldn’t quite manage it. Apparently he
had a stomach bug. The story of this race was the bike course. The elites raced multiple laps of a short course, for the ease of TV cameras I
suppose. The Age Group course on the other hand was 2 laps, 70% of
which were spent ascending, 3400 ft in total. The down hill was very interesting as well, with some nice tight, and some blind bends with less than
reassuring mattresses tied to the barriers...a white knuckle ride. It was
amazing to see the speeds some of the competitors, obviously with alpine experience, shot down hill. Checking my bike computer after the
race, for one brief moment I even reached 60MPH. I had my money on
Mike to get a podium spot. But unfortunately as I was on downhill of my
first lap I passed Mike, who had a puncture and had to run into transition
from quite a distance (best part of 3 miles I’m sure) . The run times suggest the course was a bit long too. Next year this will be the venue for
the World Age Group Championships, but I did hear the bike course will
definitely be changed...for the better.

Blyth Valley Triathlon Northhumberland11/09/2005
This was the last BTA Grand Prix event of the season , so although it was a relatively small field it attracted a number
of age groupers wanting to improve their grand prix rankings. I arrived the evening before to watch surfers on the swim
course. In the morning the sea was pretty rough , and the swim buoys were barely visible. Didn’t exactly fill you with
confidence. Needless to say I had a nightmare swim. During the race the swim buoys started moving off around the
swim course, some of us got misdirected by the canoeists and were either lucky enough to take a short cut and others ,
including myself had a longer route. The 2nd lap had to be abandoned for safety reasons. I arrived in Transition feeling
disorientated. At least the multi lap bike course was a closed route. Flat and straight with a head wind on the way back
and the run course mostly on paths along the coastal links, on a hot day fair preparation for Hawaii. This event will take
up all of your weekend if you fancy it doing it next year but I shouldn’t fancy it being a grand prix event next year .

Cathy and Bonnie look satified with their swim leg
Perry moves up the field on the bike
The format of the relays may have changed, but the format of the partying certainly did not… This year, 7 teams from MTC
traveled down to Nottingham to race in the team relays. The bulk of the team traveled down on the Friday to pitch tents and
bar-b-q. We were easy to spot – all we had to do was look for Steve Collins ‘marquee’, which could have fitted all 7 teams in
(including bikes). As it was, we pitched several more tents, just for the sheer comedy value of watching people trip over the
multitude of guide ropes in the dark.
A relatively early end to the night, allowed everyone to be up in time for race 1 – which comprised the ladies, men's vets and
mixed teams. MTC had four teams in this event.
As it’s a team event, it would be better to focus on the fact that everyone raced well, however, special mention should go to
Amy who came out of the swim as leading lady, and set the ladies off to a fantastic start. They were still the leading MTC
team at the end of the 4 swim legs, and were also ahead of the eventual winners of the race. The Mens vets team then chased
them down over the bike, and had just overhauled
them by the end of the bike, despite Steve Collins
best efforts on the final corner, where he punctured and came off his bike (and if you’ve seen the
size of his seat post, you’ll understand when Steve
comes off, he falls from a great height). Fortunately though, at that point there was only 50m for
Steve to run into the handover. Four good runs
from the men brought them home in 37th place, and
the ladies team were still doing well in their race,
coming in just 7 minutes behind the mens vets team
in 52nd, and an excellent 8th ladies team. The mixed
Ric sets the pace
were steady throughout, and came in 103rd place, in

The 2nd ladies "relay virgins" team came home in 140th with a stirling performance. Not only had none of the team raced in
the relays before, it was also Steph's first ever triathlon. The race however nearly didn't happen when team captain Suzy left
the timing chip at the campsite and then couldn't find 4th leg Caroline who had to wear it, but all was resolved in time for the
start of the race. The 2nd ladies team are building up a reputation for detailed preparation.....the team captain ordered
‘medicinal tipples’ to steady the nerves, Cathy had supplied Steph with one of her bikes, which Steph only tried for the first
time the evening before the race, and then decided to change the pedals in the dark, and Suzy spent the morning sticking together her wetsuit. A confident Suzy has since confirmed however that “a podium place has been reserved for the team for
2006!” Watch this space. More ‘medicinal tipples’ on Saturday tempted Suzy to race again on the Sunday - but when the alcohol wore off, it was a medicinal morning fry up instead!

The afternoon race was a men's only race, and again special mention should be made to another strong swim - Richard Hughes,
who despite being only 17, still managed to come out of the swim in 5th position. From this point, it was never a question of
whether any of the other MTC teams would get close to the 1st team, it was just a question of how close the 1st team would get
to the podium. Considering 3 of the team have been training and racing ironmans, it was a superb result to come in 11th place
overall, with the second team just breaking three and a half hours in 42nd, and the 3rd team in 77th.

The post race celebrations started early (for those who raced in the morning it
started before the afternoons racing had even finished), and continued long into the
night. During the night, we discovered that some members of the club had very
‘special’ skills – Dean’s fine singing voice, Kat showed us her double jointed, weird
contortion trick, Steve Birkett demonstrated the same poise and control he has on
the bike with his ‘stand up with a bottle balanced on your forehead’ act. Dave balanced Clio on his feet whilst having random objects inserted in his clothes, and then
passed his sausage to Clio to eat (ooh-er!). Last, but by no means least - Uri Geller
may be able to bend spoons, but we have Steve Collins, who demonstrated his ability
to bend metal whilst cycling at the same time (see photo).
As the night dragged on, we forged friendships with the camp site security guards
(they’ll not forget us in a hurry anyway), and ties were developed between MTC and
the Didsbury Tri club with some shared songs. People gradually started drifting off
to bed and to sleep. Not for Deano though, we wanted more of his singing, and
when he wouldn’t come out to play, he had his tent invaded, was dragged out of his
tent in his sleeping bag backwards, and was then proclaimed the new messiah! The
hard core who remained up in the wee hours of the morning were treated to some sex advice from Steph (remember lads,
clockwise….).
I rather stupidly decided to race again on the Sunday, and surprisingly enjoyed a second race in 2 days. Note to self though –
if everyone lines up on the right hand side of the start, there’s probably a reason why. In this case, it was a mass of weeds
that slowed me down big style, but hey, that’s racing, and you live and learn! Still, it was worth it for the cheer from the MTC
members who’d stayed to watch (thanks for that guys, it really was appreciated). The same cheer followed for every lap of
the bike and run and put a huge smile on my face every time. The bike was my normal amble, but a good run, helped me make up
a lot of lost places, and the cheers again at the finish ensured two more places were snatched on the home straight. I know
I’ve already said it, but guys, you were awesome!

Thanks to all the team captains for helping in the arrangements, and to everyone who turned up to make it such an enjoyable
weekend. Everyone who did it this year said they’d be back, and for those who haven’t done it yet, you’ve really got to do it
next year…….

Message from the Editor:
First of all my apologies to Ric and the juniors for overlooking this article and not getting it in for the last newsletter. And congratulations to Ric and Krystal on successful season in the juniors. As you will all be aware from the previous article, Ric put in a
super performance stepping up from junior status to compete in the MTC Male 1st Team at the National Relays. Also with me not
being at the MTC Boundary Breeze/North West Regional Sprint Championships I hadn’t spotted the significance of Krystals performance in the event where she was not only 2nd Female Junior but 2nd Female overall in 1:15:25. No harm in celebrating her
success again.
Well, the junior season has well and truly kicked off with a mix of results. For me and Krystal, it is our first year in the Junior
(Under 19) age group, and to tell you the truth I wish I was back in the youth section! It is a bit daunting racing against the
older, more experienced athletes but that’s half the challenge in itself.
Our season started off with a trip into Europe. We had a Duathlon in Holland which was a really good experience accompanied
with Carine and a team from Wigan. The temperature played a huge factor in the race, close to 35 degrees I personally struggled with the heat. We were up against the national teams from Holland, Belgium, France, Italy as well as other teams throughout Europe. Krystal finished in a very creditable 3rd spot clinching a medal for the British team. I finished in 9th place. We
were both in the junior age category so we were very pleased with our performances. After the race we had a venture in to
Amsterdam itself to take in all the "delights" the city has to offer, and somehow we just managed to end up in the red light
district!
My first race on home soil was the National Junior Sprint Distance Championships, held in Llanelli, south Wales. It was a great
experience as it was also my first draft legal race. I finished in around the 20th spot, coming out of the water with the main
pack, but my lack of experience on the bike left me struggling; however I finished with a strong run. All in all it was a good
experience and another race under my belt.
Our next race, a race which I would like to forget was down in Eton, for the annual Super Sprint Championships. Krystal finished in a well earned 12th place and re-gaining the form she had before a string of injury’s, there will be a lot more to come
from her as the season goes on, I’m sure of that! As for my race, it went wrong from the off! I suffered a vicious kick in the
ribs at the start of the swim and struggled throughout the race, but I was determined to finish the race, finishing in the mid
pack of the bunch.
So we've had some good results
so as the Man Tri Juniors of the
club and are currently looking
forward and training hard of
course for the National Aquathlon champs held in Salford Quays.
Krystal with a stong run to finish 2nd Female
overall at NW Regional Sprint Champs
Hope everyone in Man Tri has a
successful season, so keep training and racing hard!

Track Training
At the recent 5km time trial many people continued to improve their times, some by around 30 secs. This is very
impressive considering the monsoon conditions we experienced that night.
At the moment the track sessions are more relaxed without the use of stopwatches or heart rate monitors. The
emphasis is on variety, and I’m focussing on drills, technique and optimum stride rate for the next few weeks. Two
weeks ago we performed a test and out of 22 runners of varying abilities only 3 had the correct stride rate. After just two weeks almost everyone has corrected this and running styles have improved dramatically. The result
is a more efficient gait, less wasted energy, reduced risk of injury, and ultimately a faster pace.
Throughout November and December we will continue to work on technique, and gradually increase the volume and
intensity in a more structured format. The majority of this will be done at a specific pace below T pace.
If you haven’t attended this session yet, now would be an ideal time to start.
Turbo Training
Dave Q has negotiated the use of a room at Moss Side pool for turbo training sessions EVERY Saturday between
10 – 11 am. This obviously coincides nicely with the 8am swim session at the same venue. The programme will run
throughout the winter and spring and will be periodised in a way to prepare people for peak fitness during the
summer race season.
You will need a bike, turbo trainer (MTC might be able to store 3 – 4 turbos at Moss Side for people to use), and a
heart rate monitor if possible. The programme will be coordinated with the Wednesday track sessions, so the
first few weeks will concentrate on technique, cadence, riding position and aerobic development . At the start of
December there will be a heart rate test to determine training zones for the following months.
If your running has benefited from the track sessions your cycling will also improve if you attend this session.
Don’t fall into the trap of going out for another ineffective half arsed ride through the traffic. None of us have
the time to train for three sports so each session you do should have a point and achieve something specific.
This session will run for a trial period. MTC will not continue to financially support this session if it loses money so
the answer is clear; the survival of this session is dependent on attendance. All abilities welcome. £1.50 to MTC
members, £2.50 to non members.

Coniston swim
Earlier this year a number of our MTC members took part in some long distance open water swimming in the Lake District
organized by Dave Q. Here are just some of their stories.
Michelle Harvie
I had dipped in its bracing water many times and said I would love to swim the length of it, now this was my chance to swim
Coniston. Trepidation made signs for the Quaker Tapestry Exhibition on the journey up make me think about taking up more
sedate pastimes.
Once we saw the Lake I was reminded why we were here- to plunge into the beautiful glistening, cool long lake. Before too
long I did just that. My keen rowers ensured that this enthusiastic lane 1 swimmer got the much needed head start on the
lane 4, 5 and 6 boys and girls. It was not breathtakingly cold but there was a gnawing cold feeling which could only be kept
at bay by trying to step up the pace. It was not too long before Perry, Jane and Kevin passed me in impressive style. After
one and a quarter miles and 44 minutes my team called the first of the scheduled ‘45’ minute feed stops. Only 4 more of
these and I would have made it! But I was getting colder; my legs ached, could I really do it? Having dragged my boyfriend
Mark and my friend Martin up for the day to row I thought I had better give it a good go! The second stop felt like it was 5
minutes later, but the third never seemed to come. I glanced regularly at my team to see if they were calling me in, but the
next 45 minutes never seemed to pass. Mark & Martin didn’t seem to have to row much to keep pace, I’m sure I even saw
them rowing backwards at one point.
The water was cold, colder, less cold, with the occasional warmish bit, sunny bit and at times very dark. Were these changes
real or my state of body or mind? I seemed to swallow so much water, hopefully I don’t do this at Moss side pool! Chronic
nausea made the feed stops a battle ground, as every 45 minutes Mark Martin and Steve tried (unsuccessfully) to encourage me to eat milk soaked muesli bars!
Encouragement from passing Dave, Andy and Susan put a spring in my stroke as I headed into the final few kms. With 1 km
Andrew Bathe
This was my first open water swim and first in a wet suit. My first aim was to get 50 yards away from the water’s edge. I
figured if I could overcome the initial mystic surrounding this swim I might reach aim 2. This was to make it half way. After
2 hours I had passed this point and probably made around 3 to 3.5 miles. Just in case I ever wanted to better my distance I
asked Dave Q to mark the point where I finished. Dave said he put a cross on the side of the boat, which is of no use at all
as we probably won’t get that boat next time.
As for my reaction to the low flying RAF Tornado, its not something I want to witness again. If that was scary, the sight of
your crew bailing out the support boat does not do too much for your confidence. However I could not and would not have
attempted this without them.
I would like to thank Dave Q for giving me confidence to even attempt this swim and also for the technique and ability to
even reach half way. Also thanks to all those in lanes 1 and 2. Their camaraderie is a great motivator to turn up and train on

Early Bird Swim Sessions
Hi All
This is just a quick reminder to you all of what is a great relaxed swim session. Where you can
tune your swimming skills at you own pace and not under pressure to finish the set! The session
isn’t coached but either Freesia, Cathy, James Brown , Myself or one of the other early birders will
be there to put a session on the board. There is also a file containing some sessions kept at the
reception desk but please return it.
This all takes place at Moss Side Leisure Centre on Thursday mornings at 6:30 to 8am; pay £2.05
on the door. So come on get out of bed and use it or loose it!

Something for the weekend...
Wondering when the Sunday rides might start to happen again, I texted Dave Deaville and asked who was organising them
given Carine & Perry's departure. I was slightly dismayed to receive a reply saying “You are”. But as I hardly missed a ride last
year, the logic seemed inescapable
The only slight technicality is that I am no cycling coach, I'm not even a cycling expert but I do really like riding bikes around
the countryside and it's definitely a lot more of a crack when there's other people to do it with.
So at the bare minimum I can say I'll take on making sure that there's someone at the usual meeting spot in the car park just
up from the Didsbury Clocktower at 9am every Sunday except for Christmas and New Year.
In an ideal world though, I'd like to make the rides more satisfying for all. In that ideal world there'd be routes which people
knew beforehand so that they could pace themselves rather than finding out about that last hill as they're trying to keep
their lungs inside their chest on the way up the one that no-one told them about. There'd be different rides for different
energy levels so that those at the front don't get frustrated at having to wait a lot and those at the back don't have their will
to live sapped from them as they watch the ride disappear over the ridge in front of them. The there's what you do if the
group drops someone. I could never work out whether we had a rule or not and worried on a couple of occasions that we had
marooned someone in the middle of the Peak District not sure if they knew how to get home. If we could get ourselves organised enough to get the routes printed out this would be less of an issue, but that might create a bit too much 'bureaucracy',
or we adopt a firm rule that we don't drop people.
Until I had my laptop stolen last week I had all of last years routes that I could remember plotted on a piece of software
called Anquet maps (www.anquet.co.uk) which has the 1:50,000 Ordnance Survey map base and height data so that rides can be
printed out complete with profiles. I had some of the stuff backed up so no guarantees but I should be able to plot routes and
print them out. I'm not sure about the copyright situation re. Ordnance Survey but I'll check – I can at least e-mail routes out
to those interested and know what the distance and total climb will be.
I've found some really nice routes over the last couple of years and it'd be really interesting to find out about other people's,
get them mapped out then saved to the website for people to look at and decide which ones they want to do every week. I certainly don't want to be the one deciding
As we're (nearly) all grown-ups I'd like to throw the discussion open to the rest of you really. I think we can start at the minimum position and work upwards. To start with I need some help from people with more expertise than me to work out what
sorts of sessions we should be doing as we go through winter and onto spring. I'd like anyone's suggestions for routes. To move
to varying energy level rides we need volunteers to take them on. I'll take on a fast/harder ride as I'm aiming to cycle to
Switzerland in the spring. We'll also need a few extras for and when others aren't available. So e-mail me at charlie@beeker.co.uk or phone/text me on 07976 793 795 if you can help out at all.
And I'll see some of you any Sunday morning starting Sunday 30th October (official start of British winter time)

This issue is very honoured to feature for the first time the
celebrated talents of Dave and Dave. These dedicated
gentlemen of the world have taken time out from their
gruelling training schedules to share their wisdom with
us less fortunate members of the MTC. Start sending your
letters…. No problem too difficult?
Dear Dave and Dave,
My boyfriend and I are getting married next year. We are
thinking of going to Austria, doing the Ironman, and using
this as our honeymoon. What do you think?
Jo, Altrincham
Dear Jo,
Wonderful idea! Why not go the whole hog. A priest blesses
the racers at the start of the race. Slip him 10€ and I’m sure
he’ll do a quickie wedding too. This way you can be sure
your future husband will remember to turn up on time, and
there will be loads of guests at the wedding but you wont
have to pay for any of them!!
Dave & Dave
Dear Dave and Dave,
I’ve picked up a knock-off van full of red and grey T-shirts
with club cash. I thought I could flog them and make a
fortune, but no-one seems to want them. What should I do?
Steve, Urmston
Dear Steve,
Get yourself a sheepskin coat and a three-wheeled van, and
go down the local market. If that doesn’t work, get some
advice from that mate Jeff – he’s an expert in dodgy goods.
Dave & Dave
Dear Dave and Dave,
I keep getting munchies for chilli at 4am, and then wake up with my face
in a dirty plate. What is wrong with me?
Steve, A6
Dear Steve,
Well we have only happy news for you…. With the tiredness, erratic food
cravings and expanding waist, it can only point to a new arrival –
congratulations!
Dave & Dave
We would just like to say a heartfelt congratulations to Nick Thomas, oops no we mean Chris Clark (cant tell them
apart at a distance anymore!) for qualifying in North Korea for Ironman Hawaii. However with all that training, heart
rate calculations, graphs of performance improvement etc. it was almost cheating. Be a real man – get some beer
down your neck, go for pointless but fun miles on your bike and then qualify – now that would impress!!

Message From The Editor:
Greetings…. Sorry for the delay with this issue. But one thing I am
learning is that most contributors won’t stick to deadlines . So in the
future, once I set a deadline I will be sticking to it and publish what
I’ve got. Having said that, it is great to have some new articles . Keep
your questions coming in to Dave and Dave and send in your race
news, reports with pictures (not enough this issue) . I know many of
you have had busy and rewarding race seasons, but I’m sure there
are many more stories out there. Now the seasons over perhaps you can share some of
those experiences . For instance, I know some of you have participated in some more
challenging , endurance events . So lets hear about them.
Notes for
Contributors
Contribute including stories, race
reports, news item’s, classifieds or
event listing may be submitted
either as Microsoft word document

As for myself , it has been a very long season, that has taken me not only the length and
breadth of the country but to Europe and the other side of the World (Hawaii). Instead of
the usual and familiar local events, for the first time I’ve had a go at the National Grand
Prix and GB team qualifiers. Some courses and conditions have been harder and I’ve had a few disappointments, but in the end it was all worth it. Now, I want to do the same thing next year, but better and faster….
Who’s going to join me? (Did I really say that). Full report next issue, when I’ve had more time to reflect.
No Club Grand Prix Table of results, it appears a number of people have been racing under the MTC banner
but are not fully paid up members (tut, tut.). So they will have to be removed and I’ll have to go back and recalculate the earlier results. I promise to have them ready for the Club Christmas Do and Presentation. Also missing this issue is a review of the cycling time trial season, which is also promised for the next issue.
And finally, Chris Storey has now taken over the maintenance of the club website, it’s already looking good so
check it out if you haven’t already… Thanks Chris.
