We are excited and honoured to announce Paul Reinhart and Ryan Walter as our special guests and speakers who are sure to motivate and inspire our BC Hockey Championship teams. Ryan will draw directly from his experience of 15 seasons as an NHL player with the Washington Capitals, the Montreal Canadians and the Vancouver Canucks, and as a broadcaster, as assistant coach of the Vancouver Canucks, and recently as President of the Abbotsford Heat. Ryan is also the father of three sons who all played BC minor hockey and continued on playing with one being drafted into the NHL. In addition to Paul’s 11 year NHL career with the Calgary Flames and the Vancouver Canucks, and two all-star performances with Team Canada, he has also raised and coached three sons who played BC minor hockey who were all drafted into the NHL – one most recently winning Gold for Canada at the World Juniors this year! They will share success stories, as well as leadership and empowerment strategies, necessary for achieving great performances both at the player level and as a team.
