Your Guide to Your New Site Congratulations on obtaining a position on the Graduate Leadership Programme at Morgan Advanced Materials. We are sure that you are both excited and nervous to start and you probably have some questions about where you will be working, so here’s a little guide to make everything a little clearer. GRADUATE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME (GLP) KEY BENEFITS • Challenging roles designed to enhance your skills throughout the year programme • Extensive training and mentoring support • The opportunity to make a real difference in the organisation • Potential for overseas placements at one of our 90+ sites • An attractive starting salary and performance bonus THE MARTINSICURO SITE The Martinsicuro site manufactures high volumes carbongraphite components for a wide range of application, in the automotive, food and beverage, household (dishwasher, circulator) and medical sectors. Self-lubricating bearing and seal components are designed to meet customer requirements and made starting from the production of carbon powder.
