T24 STRUCTURE
It is the perfect compromise between finishes with open or concealed structures.
The special shape allows the panel to be installed easily and rapidly through slight pressure from the bottom
upwards. The panels will then form a 6 mm technical groove between them.
B-CLIP is also the perfect solution for restyling a space without having to replace the existing ceiling (see
photo), or for those who want to install a false ceiling that is different from the standard types available on the
market.

STRUCTURE
The false ceiling with a type D concealed structure is created with panels supported on suspended triangle support frames through
special clips that can also be used with a double crisscross frame to render the ceiling more rigid.
It is suitable for any surface, is mounted by applying slight pressure and can be easily inspected from the bottom using appropriate
spatulas. The false ceiling type DB with hidden structure is created with panels that have two profiled borders that click into the
triangular profile supported by a special clip for a simple structure or by fastening to the same through a U-shape profile for a double
crisscross structure that guarantees more rigidity, maintaining dimensions of di 7.30 cm, the only of its kind in the sector.
The panels have two semi-concealed holes to permit easy inspection, leaving the panel fastened and suspended on the structure thanks
to two special tabs.

PANEL STRUCTURE
The false ceiling with a type D-TEN concealed structure is created with panels supported on suspended triangle support frames through
special clips that can also be used with a double crisscross frame to render the ceiling more rigid.
It is mainly used in areas where it is necessary to ensure an airtight environment and protection from dust (for example, in sterile
hospital rooms, cafeterias, kitchens), made possible through the special gasket applied along the edge of the panel.
It can be mounted by applying slight pressure and easily inspected using appropriate spatulas.

The M system is quick to install and permits frequent access to the inner space. The support beams also provide a meeting point
for the partition walls. This type of false ceiling offers significant flexibility, combining functionality and simplicity of style, giving
clients the possibility to select the size of the panel that is most suitable for their needs. The system’s support structure uses
primary U-shape profiles in 6/10 galvanized steel fitted with slots that permit easy connection to the suspension system.

The panels in expanded mesh have a technical design and are suitable for areas that require elevated noise reduction. The false
ceiling created with ALBE expanded mesh panels is mounted on an upside-down T support frame with bases of 15 or 24 mm or on
a Silhouette structure. The panels have sharp borders with a slight 8/10mm indent.
The HECTOR false ceiling is mounted on an upside-down T support frame with bases of 15 or 24 mm. The panels have beveled
borders with a slight indent of 6 mm.

BACFREE
NO BACTERIA
SANITIZING PAINT
In our continuous search for innovative products, we are proud to present BACFREE, a sanitizing
paint that prevents the most common bacterial agents.
This new high performance antibacterial paint guarantees the control and prevention of bacteria required
on sanitary surfaces.
These characteristics render the range of sanitizing products especially suitable for applications in
operating rooms, cafeterias, kitchens and sterile environments or any other application that requires the
use of sanitary materials.
The 6/10 aluminum laminate is washable and the chemical-physical resistance of the pre-painted
product is enhanced with the hygienic/sanitary properties of this superficial finish.
The sanitizing product is available in opaque white, but can also be prepared in the most common RAL
colors upon request.
As part of our constant commitment to respect the environment and in accordance with current
standards, PROFILSYSTEM exclusively uses products with lead-free paint and aluminum pretreatment
systems totally free of chromium, permitting the paint to grip the support perfectly.
Painted product samples are subjected to tests in accordance with ISO 22196:2007, at the IMSL
laboratories (Industril Microbiological Service LTD, UK).
The values express the reduction percentage of the bacterial population obtained in respect to the initial
value after 24 hours of incubation at 35°C with RH > 95%.
Another test was performed after one year on painted product samples against colonies of
Staphylococcus Aureus, Escherichia Coli O 157 and Legionella Pneumophila bacteria, once again using
the method described in standard ISO 22196: 2007 at the IMSL laboratories.
All of the samples were kept in the dark at 20°C before performing the test.
A sample of non-reinforced polystyrene was provided by IMSL as a reference.
Quality certification: UNI EN ISO 14001
Enviromental certification: UNI EN ISO 9001
Safety certification: OHSAS 18001

Table 1: activity against Staphylococcus Aureus
It is evident that the number of the population of Staphylococcus aureus on the inert reference material decreased by
approximately 59% during the first 24 hours of contact. A greater reduction by nearly 4 times the size below the
measurement limit was observed in the population placed in contact with samples of the product after 1 year (sample
1) and compared with those treated with two different cleaning solvents (sample 2 and sample 3).

The rooms in a gym are often equipped with false ceilings that also serve to conceal systems, such as air conditioning
systems.
The ISOLSOUND type false ceiling made using planks with the anti-release system is not only an aesthetic solution
but also serves a functional purpose: the clips inside of the ceiling prevent the planks from releasing, making sure that
the areas underneath in the various rooms are safe.
