THE LIS(Z)T - Seattle Symphony
Seen & Heard @ the Seattle Symphony
TH E L IS(Z) T
In late June, Music Director Ludovic Morlot and his wife Ghizlane welcomed members
of the Maestros Circle into their Capitol Hill home to mark the culmination of the
2012–2013 season and to look forward to the season ahead. This annual Maestros
Circle celebration is an opportunity for the Seattle Symphony to thank major individual
supporters. Ludovic Morlot spoke passionately about the Seattle Symphony’s
commitment to young people and diverse communities, and the many strides the
Symphony has made towards sharing the experience of live symphonic music with as
broad an audience as possible. He also reflected on the artistic journey and growth
that the orchestra is experiencing and looked ahead to the exciting 2013–2014 season
and beyond.
Members of the Maestros Circle play a central role in ensuring that the Seattle
Symphony remains a world-class orchestra and continues to attract talented musicians
and guest artists to the Puget Sound region. For more information on the Maestros
Circle, please contact Senior Major Gift Officer Amy Studer at 206.215.4844
