The standard Demonstration Team has 13 jumpers, a two-person ground crew, and a five-person aircrew. A team show usually consists of three passes of parachutists exiting the aircraft from 12,500 feet above sea level. Also, there will be no parking permitted on CALADH AVENUE after 7.00 a.m. on Sunday, July 12th. Signs will be prominently displayed. Vehicles in violation will be towed by the order of the Town of Pictou & Pictou Traffic Authority to the AEF Parking Lot on Welsford St. The following companies have been contracted to remove vehicles: Arbuckles Towing, Corbetts Towing and Heighton’s Towing. Fees will be as follows: (Taxes are included and appropriate receipts will be issued) Vehicles to be towed under normal circumstances Vehicles requiring Dolly Wheels (ie: 4x4’s) Vehicles requiring doors to be unlocked (ie: Emergency Brake on) Flat Fee of $75.00 additional $25.00 additional $25.00 Please note that these regulations are in place to ensure the safety of Parade participants and spectators.
