The library's director, board president and campaign co-chairs were on-hand to share their love of libraries, their support for the Transformation, and their willingness to help raise the $1.5-2 million needed to turn HPL into a true 21st century facility. "To be at the launch of a new era and an exciting time for the library, it's very gratifying," said committee co-chair Jackie Wood. The other co-chairs echoed her sentiments and shared some of their reasons - both personal and professional - for supporting the Transformation. "From a socio-economic standpoint," said Phil Whitehead, "the library provides a vital service that helps close the gap between the haves and the have-nots in our community." presented by Anna DiPasquale, Vintage Fair PICK UP A FULL SENIOR MOMENTS BROCHURE FOR PROGRAM DETAILS. "Philanthropy is part of our culture in Janesville," Lisa Nackerud Ryan reminded the crowd.
