crowd‐pleasing Greenville Graf iti Car Show’s two
daysofcelebrityeventsinrecentyears,butfor2016
it’s more than just a schedule. Hit 1970s TV show
“Happy Days” cast members Anson Williams
(Potsie Weber), DonMost(Ralph Malph) and Erin
Moran(Joanie Cunningham) will be the featured entertainers on hand

Williams may be best known for his

againawardfour$1,000scholarshipsin2016–oneeach
toagraduatingsenioratGreenvilleHighSchool,Mulber‐
ry Grove High School, Highland High School and Triad
HighSchool.
Scholarship guidelines and applications can be down‐

They are recognized for the best cupcakes in St.
Louis with fabulous lavors. You will have a

We will conclude with a tour of the Billy Goat
Potato Chip factory. The chips come in brown
paper bags and are quite delicious. They are
madefreshdailybytheorderstheyreceiveand
are delivered the next morning. The company

sincethen.

BNB Vice President of Marketing Randy Al‐
derman was appointed to the Greenville
Chamber of Commerce Board of
Directors. He was introduced at
theannualNewFacesandPlaces
program in February by execu‐
tive director April Crew‐Kelly.
AldermanisreplacingBNBpresi‐
dent Doug Stroud, who served on the Cham‐
berboardformorethan20years.
Alderman is no stranger to the Chamber,
having served as its irst executive director
from1990to2003.
Inthecomingmonths,BradfordNationalBankwill
beginthereissuanceofcreditcardsforbothMaster‐
card and Visa. The new credit cards will be EMV
compliant, which means they will have a chip em‐
bedded in the card (EMV stands for Europay, Mas‐
tercard,Visa).
New EMV compliant chip cards will be issued to
BNB credit card holders when
their existing card is set to ex‐
pire.
Withtheadditionofthechip,it
may change the way you make
purchasesatlocalbusinesses.
 If the merchant machine can handle the chip
card, your card must remain in the machine for
the duration of your transaction (see above in‐
structions).
 Ifthemerchantmachinedoesnothandlethechip
card,youmaycontinuetomaketransactionswith
thetraditionalswipe.
Chip technology is used world‐wide and is slowly
being adopted in the United States. Chips contain
encryptedinformationthatmakesitextremelydif i‐
cult for the card to be copied or counterfeited. At
merchantsthatusechipterminals,thecardandter‐
minalworktogethertoaddanadditionallayerofse‐
curitytothetransaction.
EMV chip technology will also soon be available
