suppliers. Purchase Orders must be issued by December 31, 2014 and equipment must be shipped by January 31, 2015. Offer subject to credit approval by Manitowoc Finance, and
requires a minimum purchase of $1,000 of products from Manitowoc Foodservice. Not all buyers may qualify. Higher rates may apply for buyers with lower credit ratings. Customer
is required to make two (2) payments in advance and a one-time $125 documentation fee. Application approval time can be as quick as 2 hours. Promotion applies to Manitowoc
Foodservice equipment only (excludes Dean SR-Series Fryers, Garland Sunfire cooking products, Kysor Panel Systems walk-in refrigeration, Kolpak PolarPak walk-in refrigeration,
