NEW HIRE BASE PAY: $6.75/HR + INCENTIVES. Order Processor Our Order Processors are responsible for performing a variety of manual operations to expected productivity standards in support of the functions within the Order Fulfillment Department. Responsibilities include order picking, processing returns, and the checking and packing of standard orders. NEW HIRE BASE PAY: $7.00/HR + INCENTIVES Personalization A member of this department personalizes items for customers’ orders through engraving, gold stamping, and heat pressing. NEW HIRE BASE PAY: $7.00/HR + INCENTIVES Embroidery Machine Operator An Embroidery Machine Operator uses a computerized embroidery machine to personalize items for customers’ orders. NEW HIRE BASE PAY: $8.00/HR + INCENTIVES Material Handler A Material Handler supports each of the departments in the Warehouse by loading and unloading trucks, stocking, and operating a manual pallet jack. NEW HIRE BASE PAY: $7.75/HR + INCENTIVES Forklift Operator A Forklift Operator moves pallets of merchandise, operating traditional forklifts, as well as high lift forklifts up to 48 feet in the storage area. NEW HIRE BASE PAY: $8.65/HR + INCENTIVES Requirements All Lillian Vernon positions require applicants be at least 17 years old, and require: • Flexibility to work various schedules and overtime as required. • Maintaining regular attendance. • A negative urine drug screen.
