It is a market leader in Colombia with strong growing presence within latin american markets. COREMAR DIVISIONS Coremar Group activities are organized in five main divisions: OFFSHORE DIVISION The Offshore Division offers logistics solutions to the Oil and Gas Industry, with specialized vessels for each type of operation (anchor handling, logistic support, personnel transportation, cargo transportation, Salvage, Rescue and International Towage operations among others). Our vessels are currently placed between the Gulf of Mexico and the Patagonia. HARBOUR TOWAGE DIVISION We own a fleet of 14 tugboats positioned throughout all Colombian ports offering various services including harbor towage, fire fighting assistance and contamination control. We support the mining industry in our country. MARITIME TRANSPORT DIVISION Coremar Group offers a complete solution for maritime transportation for both local and international markets. We provide a full service for the transportation of liquid, general and bulk cargoes with owned and chartered vessels. We are specialized in project cargo transportation mainly for the energy industry. PORTS & TERMINALS DIVISION During the privatization of all Colombian Ports in 1991, Coremar Group played an important role on the newly created port societies, maintaining a strong presence as both a shareholder and directors; and a mayor multipurpose port complex located in the north Colombian Coast, designed as a hub for the energy industry. FUEL DISTRIBUTION DIVISION C.I. Petrocomercial S.A. is a whole sale fuel distributor located on both coastal and inland areas with 14 years of experience. Today we account for 9% of the Colombian market with 49 gas stations with our own brand OFFSHORE DIVISION The experience of Coremar Group in supporting offshore operations dates from the beginnings of the group. Operations with supply vessels and fast crew boats managed by Coremar Group are part of the modern history of our country. Nevertheless, in this new millennium, our country has chosen to assume a new vision in the administration of national hydrocarbons. This important measurement and the constant demand from other countries with trajectory in offshore explorations and operations have been enough reason to structure what today is known as the Offshore Division of Coremar Group. This important division offers logistic solutions to the Oil and Gas Industry, including specialized vessels for each operation, enabled personnel and infrastructure. Our organization adapts to the demands of traditional and updated offshore industry. With this philosophy in mind, we have vessels working on different major offshore production areas within latinamerican countries. In Colombia, we offer an integral solution for the international companies that are entering to the recently assigned sea blocks. We not only offer vessels but also owned port infrastructure in both our pacific and caribbean colombian coast lines and fully equipped offices with trained personnel as support for our clients operations.
