A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO THE NEW BM SOLUTIONS CONVEYANCING SYSTEM Tips for switching to the new system
1.
The first time you login a short wizard will guide you through to the
new system
2.
You will still have access to both systems
3.
All new cases should be instructed in the new system
4.
Instructions created in the classic system need to be tracked in the
classic system
5.
Saved reports and client data will not be transferred from classic
system to new system however once you set up a client on the new
system they will be saved in your contacts

How to set the New BM Solutions Conveyancing as your default system
Once you are ready to login directly to the New BM Solutions Conveyancing system, follow the simple steps below. Please note you can still access the classic system when required. Click on the ‘Preferences’ tab in the top right hand corner of the screen
Click on ‘Obtain New User Details’
Your new login details and link to the New BM Solutions login page will be emailed to you
Save website link in your ‘Favourites’ Note: Old login details won’t work on the new system and vice versa.
1. Log on to www.bmsolutionsconveyancing.com
Click on the New BM Solutions Conveyancing button on the main menu

2. Select Quote Type from the main menu
‘Classic System’ will take you back to the Classic BM Solutions Conveyancing system
‘Preferences’ enables you to change your password
3. Enter Client and Property details
Search for Existing Clients

4. All Quotes will be shown
Sort quotes by Cheapest, Nearest, Best Rated or Alphabetically
Click ‘Compare Top 3 Quotes’ to view the Cheapest, Nearest and Best Rated Quotes
5. Quotes – View, Save and Amend Criteria
Click on ‘Saved Quotes’ to view any quotations
Click here to change any Quote Details
Click on ‘View Quote’ to see a full breakdown of the selected quote

6. Quotes – Calculator and Calendar
Click on the calendar to arrange a Contact Date
Click on the calculator to view/amend your commission

7. Instructing – Add your chosen Quote to the Basket to Instruct
Select the chosen quote and click ‘Add to Basket’
Click ‘Instruct Now’ to proceed
8. Confirm Client Details

10. Confirm Instruction – Choose a preferred case handler if required and
add any Notes for the Conveyancer’s attention

12. Case Tracking – Click on the ‘Instructions’ tab on the New BM Solutions
Conveyancing homepage Each case can be tracked online 24/7. You will also receive an automatic email when each key stage of the transaction proceeds
This will save you time phoning the solicitor for updates and ensures you are notified in advance of exchange as a helpful reminder to put associated buildings and contents, and life insurance policies at risk
