T he following activities are not available during low season (from May 16 to June 21 and from September 8 to October 18, 2015):
Birds of Prey Show, access to the Beach and Tennis Club and Iceberg. Some activities may have age, weight or height restrictions,
may be opened later or may give access to children under the age of 3. Please refer directly to the activity in question.

The activities proposed with the Activity Card have inherent risks, including notably the risk of falling, equipment breaking, injury, collision with objects or people, drowning, attack by wild animals, and other risks and dangers that may vary depending on the activity. The
user agrees to comply with all regulations and safety rules enforced by Station Mont Tremblant (SMT) and the different businesses operating on SMT’s site and acknowledges the existence of these risks and dangers. The user hereby accepts to assume full responsibility
for any damage or injury of any nature related to the inherent risks and dangers of these activities and hereby frees SMT and its partners from any legal liability in respect thereof. The Activity Card remains the property of SMT and is non-transferable and non-refundable
if purchased at the ticket office. Violators of any of the rules of conduct and safety could see their Card privileges revoked. No refunds or exchanges for lost tickets. RESALE IS ILLEGAL. The Holder agrees: 1) to elect domicile in the Province of Quebec which will be the
appropriate forum for any claim, and 2) that the laws of Quebec will apply.
