Vila Monte is for living.
Look what we have prepared.
On 31/12, after you arrive, you will be invited to
have tea with us as well as play
Croquet in the garden.
At dinner there will be a surprise … besides a
pianist during dinner and a DJ close to midnight.
Early morning, on 1/01, the brave ones are invited
to go sea bass fishing and to experience a New
Year’s dive towards noon.
Once at Vila Monte we will have your lunch ready.
The afternoon is yours, so bring your book or
just let yourself linger by the hotel’s fireplaces,
vegetable garden or garden corners.
On the Saturday, 2/01, we will leave early for the
typical Olhão market, next to Ria Formosa.
For lunch, our Chef will teach you how to prepare
a “caldeirada” (fish stew) with our vegetable
garden’s fresh aromatic herbs.
Your day will end with a typical 5 o’clock tea.
