The Ovologic tray is slightly different from the Twinpack tray. Picture below shows the
side were the PSPC topgrippers separate the trays. The opening of Ovologic trays is more
to the centre than the Twinpack tray. With the standard denester set this is causing
problems (double trays or no tray is coming out of the denester) We added a new part to
the existing denester set and this manual shows how to install and adjust.

1) Remove the safety covers from the denester.(2x)
2) Remove the existing top grippers (4x)

3) Bolt the 4 topgrippers to the adapter plate with the original bolts and nuts. The white
nylon spacer rings are not needed anymore.
4) Use the added bolts and nuts to mount the adapter plate in the denester.

5) Be sure that the outside pins are grainded off (A) and that the space between the top
grippers and the vertical shaft is 2 mm (B)

6) Top gripper plate must be adjusted maximum out.

7) Rough height adjustment of topgrippers is 85 mm.
(in normal stop position)
8) Rough height adjustment of down grippers is 4 mm.

9) Rough adjustment of the down gripper in normal (maximum down) stop position
from plastic block to the tip of gripper is 28 mm.
10) Fine tune or re-adjust the denester when needed, by using the manual tip switch on
the conveyor.

11) Lubricate all moving parts of the denester weekly, follow the lubrication instructions in
the user manual. (chapter 5 – Preventive Maintenance)
12) Put the safety covers (2x) back on the denester.
