Mr. Haggins and BriaMarie spoke to all of the 6th, 7th & 8th graders about bullying; what it is, how to prevent it, and what to do if it happens to you or someone you know. Also, the students enjoyed the oratorical talent of Mr. Haggins and the singing of BriaMarie, while hearing the very clear message that - “bullying is not cool, neither is having to be in the cool crowd, just be who you are.” Follow-up discussions about bullying were held in Connections later in the day.
