Michelle Vrakelos is a professionally trained dancer at the highest level. She was awarded a scholarship at the most pres:gious and selec:ve dance school on the West Coast, EDGE Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, California. AEer her intense training at EDGE Michelle was hired by several famous dance companies lead by some familiar choreographers. In 2008, Michelle opened a first of its kind fitness studio in Los Angeles, where she took her 25 year background in dance to create a unique fusion between modern ballet and athle:cism. This fresh and fun approach created fitness frenzy with lines out the door, aQrac:ng aQen:on from celebri:es and people all over the West Coast. AEer inspiring thousands of people to embrace a healthy lifestyle through movement and self-­‐acceptance, Michelle decided to create a plaSorm so anyone in the world could get a workout that would not only change their body but their life. John Blanks is a seasoned and dedicated physical
fitness educator with 20+ years of experience. During
his career he worked side by side with his brother,
Billy, to build the Taebo empire at the Billy Blanks
World Training Center in Los Angeles. In 2008, John
ventured out to create his own brand of fitness and
joined forces with the M6 Fitness family. John Blanks is
