Terence N. McKillen
President & CEO
Director
Mr. McKillen is a professional geologist with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He holds B.A. and M.A.
degrees in geology from the University of Dublin (Trinity College) and a M.Sc. degree in mining geology & mineral exploration
from the University of Leicester. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in the Provinces of Ontario and
Newfoundland & Labrador. Mr. McKillen is currently Chief Executive Officer and Director of Minco Plc, and a Director of
Conquest Resources Limited.
Gerry J. Gauthier
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Gauthier is a professional mining engineer (P.Eng.) with over 40 years operations experience in Canada, USA, Mexico and
Central America. He is a director of Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited. Formerly Chief Operating Officer, Nevsun
Resources Ltd. and Vice-President Glencairn Gold Corp., General Manager of the Page-Williams gold mine at Hemlo,
Ontario, Senior Vice President North American Operations for Lac Minerals Ltd.
Danesh K. Varma
Chief Financial Officer
Danesh Varma is Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and a Director of Minco plc. Mr. Varma has 30+ years
experience in the mining finance industry, having worked for Brookfield Asset Managers, Northgate Exploration Ltd, Westfield
Minerals Ltd and The Dundee Bank. A qualified accountant in UK and Canada, Mr Varma is currently Chief Financial Officer of
Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited, Minco Plc and Conquest Resources Limited and holds directorships with American
Resource Corporation and Anglesey Mining Plc.
Luis de la Fuente
General Manager
Sr. Luis de la Fuente is a graduate engineer from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico and holds a diploma in Administration
from the University of Aguascalientes. He has over 35 years experience in the mining industry with mine development and
operation of open pit mines and processing facilities. Sr. de la Fuente was formerly president of the Mining Association of
Mexico. He has also held senior administrative, planning and operations positions with Compania Minera de Cananea, Minera
Real de Angeles, Helca Mining Co. and Santa Cruz Gold Inc
Alejandro Alaniz

Administration
Sr. Alaniz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del
Valle de Atemajac, Mexico and a Diploma in Industrial Chemistry from the Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico. He has over
20 years experience in financial administration of Mexican public and private companies. Prior to joining the Minco group in
May 2005, Sr. Alaniz was Finance & Administrative Director of Industrias Nigua C.A. based in the Dominican Republic. Sr.
Alaniz has been responsible for the administration and financial control of the Company’s subsidiaries in Mexico.
Anthony C. Gallon
Chief Geologist
Dr. Anthony Gallon is a professional geologist with B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in various geological and geochemical
disciplines from the Universities of Nottingham and Leeds, UK. He is a Member of the Institution of Mining and Metallurgy and
a Chartered Engineer. Tony has worked in the minerals industry for over 40 years with several companies including Roan
Selection Trust, Anglo American Corporation, Robertson Research International and Oxus Gold.

Mr. Steenberg has over 35 years experience in the practise of securities and mining law. Mr. Steenberg currently operates an

and economics degrees from University College Dublin, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Trinity College,
Dublin. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland. Mr. Kearney was formerly Chairman, President and CEO of Northgate
Exploration Limited. He is a director of a number of public companies including Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Ltd., Canadian
Zinc Corp., Anglesey Mining plc, Conquest Resources Limited, Sulliden Exploration Inc. and Avnel Gold Mines Ltd. He is a

A graduate in Commerce from McMaster University, Mr. Gallagher holds a Master of Business Administration from York
University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a director of Excalibur Resources Ltd. and Xmet Inc. Previously he was
in institutional sales for Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon and Union Bank of Switzerland (Canada). Mr. Gallagher has assisted a
number of companies implement their growth plans primarily through the TSXV’s Capital Pool Program since 1997.
Lee A. Graber
Director
Lee is a professional mining engineer with 30+ years experience in the mining industry. He is currently Investment Director
with Pacific Road Capital Management, based in San Francisco. Lee spent 23 years with Homestake Mining Company where
as Vice President responsible for Corporate Development, he initiated, managed and closed major acquisition and divestment
transactions totaling US$9.2 billion. Subsequent to Homestake, Lee was Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions for
Endeavour Financial Ltd. in Vancouver advising junior resource companies on financings, mergers and acquisitions and
project development and is, or has been a director of a number of public resource companies including Scorpio Mining Corp.,
AuEx Ventures, Inc., Atacama Minerals Corp., and Asia Pacific Resources Ltd.
