In fact, the results were almost Tonight at 6pm! unanimous and I am happy to announce that next Upper School year's PTO will be run by a six-person Leadership Theater Show Team, made up of Linzy Brekke-Aloise, Louise The 10th graders, option théatre, present: La Dispute de Marivaux Friel, Tamara Gillette, Gaëlle Martinat, Christine Pierce and Lucie Thomas. In a day and age when it seems to be getting harder and harder to find people with the time and motivation to put in many hours for a worthy cause, we should all be grateful to these six volunteers, who have already done so much for the PTO. We should be grateful as well to the parents and teachers who have stepped forward as representatives in the four divisions of the school. Our PTO helps in so many ways to create a community in a school where many people are far from home. The annual PTO party and Springfest naturally come to mind, but the PTO helps in many smaller ways as well. And, speaking of Springfest, I want to add a special thank-you to Janine Elkhoury, who has done so much for the PTO and Springfest in particular, and who is the one member of the current Leadership Team who is not continuing in that role next year. So, with appreciation to all our parent volunteers, I am pleased to present the results of the PTO elections for next year: New PTO Leadership Team: Linzy Brekke-Aloise Louise Friel Tamara Gillette Gaëlle Martinat Read More SAVE THE DATE!
