Rice We are pleased to invite you to partner with us in an Investment venture in Business areas such as Agriculture, Tourism, Mining and Real Estate Development. We have very attractive prospects. The Economic Environment for investors in Zambia is the best in the region in many respects. a) Since political Independence in 1964, Zambia has been very peaceful and stable. There has never been any political strife or instability. b) Zambia is a free Economy Country that gives investors tax breaks in the first 5 years or so and allows externalization of profits freely because there are no currency exchange controls. c) Zambia is resource rich Nation that needs strategic partners in its quest for development. d) The recent population census estimates the population to be about 14 million, given the fact that the country is surrounded by eight neighbouring countries, there is great market potential both domestic and export to support a reasonable return on investment. • The Mulungushi land is on Title. And we do still have land in the following areas: • Muchinga, Luapula and Northern Provinces. Please feel free to contact us: Sundai K.
