Winner of the ‘Best Ferry Operator’ accolade (Travel Weekly Globe Awards) for the twelfth year in a row, forward-thinking P&O Ferries applied learnings from the ever evolving retail sector to shift from a multi-vendor, fragmented payments infrastructure to a simplified, multichannel approach through a single provider. As a result, P&O Ferries is adopting a future-proof managed payments service that integrates all its channels and improves its legacy infrastructure.
