The exterior work on all windows also
included re-cementing the spaces between the glass and lead cames that
hold the pieces of glass in place. The
1911 window in the vesting sacristy has
likewise been restored. And the justinstalled window in the same room has
been protected with Lexan XL.
There are no flowers in
the church during the
Lenten season,
February 17-March 28
Little or no musical experience? No worries!
This is great opportunity for your children
to learn about music and be an active part
of the service. We want this to be a fun and
encouraging experience and we think the
children would add something very special
to our 10:30 AM liturgy.
Since the stained-glass window project
began on January 14, all of the windows
in the sanctuary have been cleaned on
the exterior, and the old, clouded Lexan
has been replaced with new, clear Lexan
XL.

Rehearsals will be the last Sunday of the
month following the 10:30 AM service, lasting one hour. The children will perform one
song during the 10:30 AM high feast day services such as Easter, Christmas Eve, Trinity
Sunday, or other services at the request of
the Rector. Please let us know through Facebook if you are interested, or contact the
church office through our website. Our first
rehearsal will be on Sunday, February 24.

The rainy weather earlier last week temporarily halted exterior work, with the
crew coming inside to clean and re-putty the remaining nave windows, those
that did not have the interior cleaning
done the previous week.
