Need help getting around Trinity:
Ready to Join? We are excited to
receive you into our church membership! If
you have decided to make Trinity your church
home through a transfer of membership,
please fill out the yellow card in the pocket
on the back of the pew and bring it with you
as you come to the front during our closing
hymn. (note: the card has questions on
both sides) If you would like to become a
Christian for the first time, please contact our
Senior Pastor, Penny Ford, who would love to
share with you about baptism! Her number in
the church office is 759-4206 and her email
address is revpennyford@gmail.com.
Restrooms: As you enter the narthex
(the entry hall) of the sanctuary, there are
stairs to either side. On your right, the stairs
lead down to the ladies’ room and on the left,
they lead down to the men’s room.
Handicapped Accessibility:
Trinity offers handicapped access to the
sanctuary through the education wing
elevator. Park at the rear of the church and
enter the building through the left most door
facing the alley. Once you enter this door,
you will find the elevator on your left. Take
that up one level and you will be on the level
with the sanctuary. For more information
on handicapped accessibility, please contact
the church office at 759-4206.
Hearing Assistance: If you are
hearing impaired, we have hearing assistance
aids available in the narthex (entry hall) of the
sanctuary. You can find them in the brown
box on the table.
Nursery: A nursery is available during all
worship services and on Wednesday nights.
To find the nursery from the rear of the
sanctuary, walk down the left side aisle to the
front of the sanctuary and exit from the door
on the left of the pulpit. Turn left, go down
the stairs and you will be facing the door into
the nursery. We have a wireless pager system
in the nursery. Parents receive a pager upon
arrival in the nursery. If the nursery workers
need a parent for any reason, they can be
paged.

The Apostles’ Creed
#881
I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord: who was conceived by
the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius
Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; the third day he rose from
the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of
God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the
quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the
communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection
of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium
2007/93 minutes
MEMORIALS
Synopsis: There’s lots of magic...in Mr.
Magorium’s Wonder Emporium. Stuffed
animals cozy up to would-be owners, a
gigantic magic book poofs toys into
instantaneous existence, and bouncy balls
try to sneak out of the store via shoppers’
bags. This isn’t the kind of magic you find in
Macbeth or Harry Potter or even The
Chronicles of Narnia. This is the special
magic with which most children engage
during their first precious years, when the
world is filled with wonder and newness and
outrageous possibilities. The Emporium is a
place where imagination sparks reality;
where paper planes can paint a cosmos. You
have to believe it to see it.
In Memory of Ruth Cabaniss
Given by her family to the Trinity United Methodist Women
In Memory of Larry Shirley
Given by Ray and Bonnie Shirley

Small Group Opportunities For YOU!
Our new Sunday School Class for people in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s has begun! We
meet upstairs in room 201 at 9:30 on Sunday mornings. The book we are reading
together is “Sinning Like a Christian” by Will Willimon. We have just begun, so now
is a great time to come! We will have books for you Sunday morning or you can pick
one up in the office this week. And if you don’t have time to read before class, don’t
worry. We’ll have lots to discuss! Teachers/facilitators include Phillip Westbrook,
Denise Moody and Penny Ford.
Also, another small group is forming as well. Twice a month (on first and third
Sundays at 5:30 pm) folks meet in the home of Dave and Sue Richardson at 3605
Foxtrail Lane, Northport. For more information, contact Sue at 394-0377.
