Included in this site is the following: * Ceremony Space in the Boxwood Gardens ~ Up to 150 white ceremony chairs Cocktail Hour Space ~ Venue of your choice, including the Slate Patio, the Raven’s Nest, the Lion Fountain, Garden, or The Ruins ~ One bar set up ~ 2 cocktail tables The Barn ~ A 3,100 square-foot state-of-the-art indoor space with vaulted reclaimed wood ceiling, massive architectural windows, customizable lighting, and a stone gas fireplace ~ French doors accessing a 400 square-foot veranda ~ Indoor surround-sound speaker system for AV entertainment ~ Automatic temperature controls for our HVAC system. ~ Your unique layout utilizing our 60-inch round tables and dark wood Chiavari chairs for up to 150 guests** ~ China, glassware, and flatware for up to 150 guests ~ Choice of ivory, champagne or black pintuck tablecloths with white or black napkins The Ruins ~ The 3,300 square-foot stone ruins of an antique barn bank building, tented throughout the spring, summer and fall for outdoor celebrations. ~ Five 48-inch round tables for outdoor use, five of which are low and three of which are high During Peak Months (April, May, June, September, October, November) Site Fee for a Weekend: Site Fee for Sunday - Thursday: $7,000 + Food & Beverage $4,500 + Food & Beverage During Off-Peak Months (March, July, August, December) Site Fee for a Weekend: $4,500 + Food & Beverage Site Fee for Sunday - Thursday: $3,250 + Food & Beverage For Winter Weddings (January and February) please inquire within *For use of the space the day after your event, please inquire for site fee pricing. **Please note that tables and chairs are included as part of the site. Included in this site is the following:* Ceremony Space in the Boxwood Gardens ~ 52 white ceremony chairs Cocktail Hour Space ~ One bar set up on our slate patio, the Raven’s Nest or gardens immediately outside of The Hall ~ Use of the firepit and seating outside of The Hall ~ 2 cocktail tables The Hall ~ A beautifully-appointed 23’X 34’ indoor space with coffered ceiling, gas fireplace and exquisite custom lighting. ~ Your unique layout utilizing our zinc tables with glass tops, custom brown leather chairs and napkins for up to 52 guests. ~ China, glassware and flatware for up to 52 guests. ~ Surround-sound speaker system for AV entertainment, including Ipod connectivity. ~ Automatic temperature controls for our HVAC system. During Peak Months (April, May, June, September, October, November) $3,000 + Food & Beverage $1,750 + Food & Beverage During Off-Peak Months (March, July, August, December) Weekend Site Fee: Site Fee for Sunday - Thursday: $2,000 + Food & Beverage $1,250 + Food & Beverage For Winter Weddings (January and February) Please inquire within *The site fee listed allows access to this space for the day before and day of your event. ROOMS & SUITES The Rooms and Suites at The Inn at Willow Grove are an important part of your celebration and the highlight of the Willow Grove experience. Following a massive renovation, each luxurious room, suite, and cottage has been elegantly appointed in signature “urban meets plantation” style, with uniquely modern furnishings and every amenity imaginable. All rooms and suites feature Natura organic hypoallergenic mattresses and Anichini linens, with sumptuous spa-style bathroom featuring heated stone floors, heated towel bars, lit from within mirrors and glass enclosed showers with rainfall shower-heads and body wands, and the finest L’Occitane en Provence per-sonal products. Every room also has at least one flat screen TV with digital cable access, and free wi-fi is available throughout the property. Many of our rooms and suites also feature wet-bars, gas fireplaces, soaking tubs, private sitting rooms and quiet porches. All of our guests at The Inn at Willow Grove enjoy the unique amenities that set the standard for gracious Southern hospitality. Complimentary concierge butler service, turn-down service with special sweet treats each night, and French Press coffee with warm House-made beignets delivered to your door each morning are some of the unique amenities that make your stay at The Inn at Willow Grove truly special. We require our wedding parties to occupy all guest rooms with the exception of the Overlook Cottage - for a minimum of two nights based on seasonality.
