Design Assist, CM Multi-Prime, and Design/
Bid/Build. We can present the pros and cons
of the various delivery methods and share our
experiences in an effort to assist with project
delivery method selection.
Lusardi’s involvement during the early
design phase of a project can prove to be
extremely beneficial. We will work with the
project team to design the project to your
budget in order to prevent future cost overruns
and wasted design costs. We will evaluate
project sequence in an effort to minimize
disruptions during the construction process.
