Do you love kids?! Well...The H.Y.P.E. Ministry needs you! Hallelujah H.Y.P.E. Night
is around the corner and we are in need of volunteers. The volunteer meeting is this

SCD/Bible Study Classes for Fall 2016 has started. You may still register for classes on
Wednesday, September 14th at 6:30 p.m. in the Christian Ed. Office. Pastor Cory Jones is
teaching a new class entitled "Theological Think Tank." The "Debt Free class" is being
repeated from the beginning. See brochures for other new classes.
Men’s Day Rehearsals will be held on Thursday, September 15 th and Thursday,
September 22nd at 7:00 p.m. All men are encouraged to join the Men’s Day Choir. Men’s
Day will be on September 25th
The Sheepfold Ministry needs district specific news for the September Sheepfold
Newsletter depicting special events and accomplishments. Submit to

The Tabernacle Players presents their 2nd Coffee House with various skits on Saturday,
September 17th at 3:00 p.m. with dinner included. Children 5 and under is free; children
6 to 12 is $10; 13 to adults is $25. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets available
in the breezeway after church and in the church office during the week.
Pastor’s Aide Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, September 24 th @ 9:30 a.m. $10.00 donation

Join Tabernacle Baptist Church Mission Ministry & Jr. Missionaries for a fundraiser on
Thursday, September 29th from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Chick-fil-A located at 1817 Mt.
Holly Rd. in Burlington, NJ. You can either dine in or carry out. 20% of all sales will be
donated to Lott Carey earmarked for Louisiana flood victims. Please remember before

“My Journey to Wellness” 2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, October
8th at 8:00 a.m. You can register for this event in the breezeway after each worship
service. Registration on October 8th begins at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 7:45 a.m. A hearty
breakfast will be served. Volunteers are desperately needed. The cost is free and we will
meet in the TBC Gymnasium.
Join the Pastor’s Aide Christmas Celebration at the Evangel Cathedral in Upper Marlboro
MD on Saturday, December 3rd. Buses will depart TBC at 8:00 a.m. Deposit of $50 due
