Please place this in your Retailer Organiser Compliance Bejeweled Game Procedures Introduction These are the Game Procedures for BEJEWELED (the “Game”). When the Game is played, the Rules for Scratchcard Games (“the Rules”) and these Procedures apply. The Rules can be viewed at Retailers or on the National Lottery website at national-lottery.co.uk. Any word or term in these Procedures that has a specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise). Game details Game Name: “BEJEWELED” Game Number: “0672” Retail Sales Price: £3 per Scratchcard There is a 1 in 3.71 overall chance of winning a Prize on each Scratchcard in this Game. There are 20,479,800 Scratchcards in the initial print run of this Game. How to play and win The Play Area has four sections, one headed SCRATCH HERE FIRST YOUR COORDINATES (the ‘YOUR COORDINATES SECTION’) and three prize boxes which are labelled with letters and numbers and have the words ‘PRIZE TABLE’ (PRIZE TABLES). The YOUR COORDINATES SECTION comprises of 18 ‘ ’ motifs, under the coating of which are 18 Coordinates Play Symbols (see below) which consist of numbers and letter coordinates. There are three PRIZE TABLES, each with coloured gem symbols on the coating and non-coloured Gem Play Symbols (the same gem symbol) under the coating, with their matching Play Captions. At the end of each row in a PRIZE TABLE is a PRIZE symbol (the ‘Prize Box’). You should start the game by scratching off all of the coating on the YOUR COORDINATES SECTION to reveal 18 Coordinates Play Symbols. You should then scratch the corresponding squares in the three PRIZE TABLES to reveal a Gem Play Symbol and its matching Play Caption. When all 18 Coordinates Play Symbols have been revealed, the owner of a Scratchcard will, providing the requirements of the Rules and these Procedures are met, win a Prize if all of the Gem Play Symbols are revealed in a horizontal ROW in any of the PRIZE TABLES. The Prize will be equal to the Prize Symbol with its matching Prize Caption in the Prize Box for that ROW. Players can win up to 5 times on a Scratchcard.
